  1. if your going to use a POD without a partition and a good intake system (to get cool air to it) then your wasteing your money - you may as well use the stock airbox + panel you need the partition - otherwise the POD is sucking in hot air form the engine - and less cooler air is betetr than more hot air... and about filtration, any of the 'name' brands such as apexi/k&n are great
  2. you can change your panel filter for a nice K&N highflow panel filter and achieve almost the same gains that you would recieve from a POD - and in some cases where no partition is made to stop hot ait coming into the POD you would be best to use the high flow panel filter. Re. POD's - i haven't had any experiance with the BLITZ filters - but I know K&N are rated 1st/2nd in filtration/airflow - the K&N filters are great... K&N filter goes for 159 (the one i got) or less from autobahn (they range from 70-159 i think). You buy cleaning kits for them for about 20 bucks - and will clean your POD about 4 times - so the K&N option is very attractive for lifespan of the POD
  3. 150 bucks - i'd be in that..... have to keep my eyes open maybe
  4. have you guys ever considered totally changing the xbox - i mean i mod xboxes, 1 once got a requests for me to mod a xbox - and place it all in a micro tower case - i also modded one and placed the cbox in a conventiopnal stereo housing..... Inside is: PSU Motherboard DVD Drive Disk drive Thats It! I reckon with some ****ing around i could mount the actual xbox components somewhere - such as near the battery etc - but be warned guys, the HD is VERY suseptable to shock - I don't care what anypone says - vibration will kill your HD's
