  2. this was on 60 mins the other night - about some guy wanting to do 200mph on this custom motobike - was pretty cool - i'd love to go just to do some circle work
  3. mines type S and has blue/white badges lots of topics on this - use the search mate basically: brakes are better on GTSt internals are stronger on GTSt gearbox is stronger on GTSt better injectors on GTSt dash is slightly different wheel hub is 4 stud on NA and 5 stud for GTSt different exhaust setup due to turbo on GTSt different ECU better stock clutch in GTSt thats about it i think i may have missed somehting though
  4. i let mine warm up then 7k gear changes all the time - and often drop it back a gear say down to 3rd when doing 90ish to overtake - goes fine
  5. hey mate, firstly check the link in my sig in there is a list of what you will need, also feedback frmo Dan whom did it to his r34 it's a bit more involved than just bolting on new manifold etc etc and starting the car - holes need to be bored into the block/sump for oil/water lines etc all is in that topic feel free to ask any questions in there as it will also help me Mind sharing where you got your bits from and how much for? good luck mate

  7. no idea about that one mate.... remove the line from the wastegate actuator that goes to your boost controller (i presume you have one there) and see if it has oil in it - if so same prob as my mate - blown turbo
  8. yes - different ecu for auto and manual - both quite different

  10. i am going to contact perFOURmance and see what they think - lost my license for 6 onths - seems like perfect time to do it... i reckon once i start it back on the road in 1 month i hope - need to get bits then get someone to do it - need to get my hands on a ECU too - then get the timing advanced a little....so much to do so little money
  11. well we tested my mates, opened and re-soldered pins etc it was his turbo - seal inside it going - then it finally went - now he's trying to get another
  12. my mate had a similar issue on his 33 - turbo spooled and boost was fine until onje day on a test run after some 'fix it' things we tried BAM - no boost
  13. BTW - you say your car is a 1995 - but it has the 20E in it? WTF btw it looks nice mate

  16. a rb20E or a ca18 skyline wouldn't be too fast... and mate some people say to spray the sensor with contactor cleaner - whereas I recomend circuit board cleaner as contactor solution does leave a residue

  20. working on the need for some boost - and justins turbo went about 2 weeks ago - so he's getting a larger garrett job on it now we ripped the turbo etc out the other day ready for new one - should be good once he gets it going again
  21. how much to fix a stock 33 turbo - without highflow etc etc - just to return to original working order (i think on of the seals has gone)
  22. some extra shit would need to be ran i assume for the extra sensors needed
