v35 coupe

Hi i left my v35 for holiday for a month and i forgot to disconnect the battery. and when i got back it died. after i jump start the car my alarm sound suddenly not working now and most of the time when i left the car and use it the next morning it wont start again not because of the battery. I have to disconnect the Positive(+) battery and wait for couples of second and connect it again then its working again. So my best guess is the immobiliser or alarm system? any idea how to fix?

Follow up guys i called the guy just now and they said it was the switches that causes the problem. and it fix now.. thanks guys

And also they already close some of the entrance when i came in again and talk about that car.. So they put no pressure whatsoever to me.

Yeah your point is make sense but i can explain it to u - this dealer is whole seller, they got 50-100 cars and the car pretty neat and relatively low price (for dealer) - No about the guy interested, i think is legit..why? i saw these guys coming to the dealer and test drive it ( noted that im outside and was talking to my girlfriend in my car).. i haven't show any interest with that car apart from asking how much is that car that's it. http://www.imasydney.com.au/ (Thats their website)

Not sure what error code are u talking abt.. after the engine light, vdc, etc was on, i turned off and on the car again it was fine ( runs well, felt the power) but it happened again after 2 mins driving

@ scotty: yeah for sure i will ask them why is it on limp mode and probably ask for extended warranty or something..

Hi i just put down $500 ($15500 full price (quite cheap)) to a dealer last week for 2004 Skyline coupe A/T silver with 80000kms (3 months warranty) with 19" aftermarket wheels. the thing is i came down there at 3.30 and the dealer closed at 4 PM, so i haven't got enough time to explore it except test driving it. ( And there is one guy that really interested in that car as well) After i test drive it for 1 mins the engine, vdc, slip symbol was on. after that i really don't have power at all even though i put full throttled .. it is like driving a scooter. After that im so worried and the dealer guy said that it was on limp mode that prevent u to damaged the engine and they will repair it at no extra cost. THE question is Should i proceed to buy it? im worried that after the warranty is over the problem is happen and it will cost me a lot. Or after this problem is fix thats fine? Any thought, experience, ideas? Please help me as they said the car ready for pick up this Weekend Every Opinion will be appreciated
