Bought a car from them before I found out about what goes on, similar story to most of the others above. Have recently obtained the dereg certificate from Japan, my car apparrantly lost 60,000kms from its speedo between getting its export certificate and being cleared through customs in Australia. Also dont trust auction sheets as proof, if there are no books or deregistration certificates, dont bother.

I paid my membership in March, have pm'd Shell, still no response. Looks like my pm has not been read. Can I get some acknoledgement that my money has been received? Will I get something for my money?

Thanks Iron Chef, I guess if I reset the filter setting, it should be OK. Its not due to for a service for another 5000km's. I was planning to do an oil change anyway. Thanks again. Chris
