Ok. This is Kinda anoying now. as some one who has actually done this I will tell you a story I bought my 89' R32 GTR back in August, and I got an exception to bring it in under the old 15yr rule(year not month), So I picked it up from the warf about 2-3 weeks ago.. there were HEAPS of cars on the dock also comming in under the 15Yr rule... from what I saw most of these were in exceptional condition. Including mine. I am absolutlely stoked with my car and its condtion, it runs awsomely and it truly is a great example of a GTR. and wait for it..... it cost me $14700 one of the cheepest I have seen. It was bought through Prestigue based on his review of the car and the action inspectors report (which was as true as it could have been). I did have my douts in the process and my worrys, but it really was worth it (it is a risk). All I can see is that those that had thier cars prior, will be loosing value because of this rule, and hence they dont like it and will rebel against the rule. I think it will suck should they change the rule, as I would deffinatly do this again.. Save your self the money... these cars arnt worth anything in Japan.. so they off load to us, why not take advantage of this while you still can.

Will prolong the life of your G-box brilliantly.. they do gbox, engine, and diff oil. very costly but very good...

They are identical to the ones in my 89' R32 GTR.. STD....

Hey Guys I have been looking in the old threads and I cant find what I am looking for. Basically I have what looks like std speaker setup, only I dont know what it all is. There are two sets of 3 way Pioneer speaks that look real nice actually, one set in the front doors and one set in the parcel shelf. Under the parcel shelf there are two boxs with heaps of wires in/out and one round clarion Steel heat sink kinda thingy. I dont know what the two boxs are, or what the round thing is can anyone help me?

Hmm I dont mean to dout you at all, its just, I have my doors off and there are no side intrution bars, and have been none in mine? there are no makings at all from where they should have been?

Autopro in woden is where I got them for the legacy.. Sorry Danooh not shop my garage I was refering to as a shop as I do alot of work the just minor mechanical stuff for my self and mates etc...

Amaru why are you not putting it on your self? is it not a bolt on one? bring it to my work shop.. I will help you if you need it ..

you can get a base Brant system for that sort of money and they copme down from syd to instal if you get enough interest... they seam like the best around in my op.. plus the have the key pad option etc...

Wait till my cars registered!!!!!!!!!!! oh well there will always be next time I suppose.

I found a blitz speed controller hidden next to my ecu... plus I found a short shift kit in with my jack in the boot.. not really needed as it has a 5 speed short shift racing box, which was another nice find also it has 2 new Z32 Air flow meters.. I was under the impression that it would need an A/M ecu to use those??? hmm also interesting...

Hey Danooh, I have checked with my engineer, and was told you need intrustion bars, I will be very happy if you dont, can you varify that you dont need them? how close are you to getting it registered and who is doing your cert? I would mind seeinh your car some time too

Hey dude are you sure thats all you have to do?? I got mine on tuesday, went up and got it, I managed to get mine cleaned on the day. hehe had a good look at yours too I might add! its nice good buy, I trailered mine my self.. I am pretty sure you will need to get side intrusion bars?
