  1. Bought mine from Hi Octane for $385??
  2. Michael - Ported head, inlet & exhaust manifolds match-ported, HKS 264 inlet cam with 9.6mm lift & 272/9.6mm on exhaust. Pistons are forged Wiseco, rods are standard with ARP bolts & ARP head stud kit, Tomei cam wheels & Tomei gasket kit with 1.2mm head gasket. Mine's in a GTST hence can't give you a 4wd power figure.
  3. Provided you have a sound tune it will easily cope with 1.4bar - the std rods are very good provided you keep the revs under 8250rpm. I have a similar set-up to yours but with cams & 2530s, it handles 357rwkw @ 1.4bar on 98ron fine. Mind you I only picked up an additional 3rwhp going from 1.2 to 1.4bar - cam timing was adjusted for peak torque not peak power.
  4. WetGTR, impressive list - what are the 280 cams like on the street? Shaun, I went from 3" to 3.5" on mine - picked up about 60rwhp but having said that my 3" system was not a quality system like Trust, CES etc.
  5. Wow, what mods have you done to get this?
  6. Mine only gained 3rwhp compared to zero/zero setting however the usable power dramatically improved. In the lower to mid-rpm range I have up to a 38rwhp improvement across the range, i hit 1 bar at 4000rpm not 5000 & it maintains good power to 8500rpm not 7900 as before.
  7. Yep, will second that - has better mechanical knowledge of Skylines than some of the "experts" often recommended on this site. Very good pricing, wish I found him earlier!
  8. I was going to put one on my car but my tuner didn;t rate them - said I'd be better spending the extra $$ on a wide band UEGO type one, such as AEM, Microtech etc - priced them but they cost a packet.
  9. Fair bit left, ABS said still serviceable, will measure tonight.
  10. $120 - Brisbane Only. As new condition, reason for sale => did not fit behind PWR radiator.
  11. Neither did I until after I had them fitted however a couple of workshops have said the same thing that they will give a slight fuel smell (wouldn't be able to ignite anything), this is why you see some surge/pump kits enschrouded in perspex cases to stop the smell. The hose is fuel rated at 250psi with a 1000 psi burst rating which is fine. Still, I'm stuffed if I know why they should give off any smell!?
  12. Correct me if I'm wrong but it also comes down to the types of lines you run - I got th e blue Aeroquip ones with a surge tank & I do get a fuel smell, I have checked all fittings and no leaks anywhere however if you smell the hoses they stink of fuel, apparently some lines "sweat" whereas some don't. I've been told that if you do not want any smell use solid lines in the boot.
  13. Yes the whole lot including stepper motor (solenoid). Also has custom black facia to suit R32.
  14. Nismogirl, I asked the tuner at APC & he rated the AEM ones slightly better than Sard at holding pressure - bought one for my car for $265 (trade) & its works flawlessly. The AEM ones also have a threaded hole for a gauge & interchangeable discharge ports in case (further down the track) you decide to bung 1/2" lines & a couple of 044s like I did.
  15. I had some coming in at the top of my RHR tail light, the black sealant had perished & let water in. Get a torch & a hose, you'll find the leak pretty quickly.
  16. Check the Mickey Thompson website, they are the street drag radials.
  17. MT radials are the pick for drag, my GTST has 353rwkw & they only "just" break traction at the top of 1st & that's with 255x50x16" running a high 32psi.
  18. I tried a set on 16 x 8" with a 40 offset & they didn't fit - don't like your chances on the rears.
  19. John rebuilt my whole engine & also did the head so I can't give you a price on just the head - it put out 473rwhp at only 17.5psi.
  20. I'd have a chat to John Hill at JHH Engineering (Brisbane) first - he did my RB26 head & his work was excellent, he specializes in multi-valve twin cam heads.
