  1. Step 1: Bend over Step 2: Fist self Step 3: learn lesson that when Dickson come a knockin you will get bent over and fisted...........
  2. Lollerskates, he is indeed pulling himself
  3. Should we make an even more obvious note that this is in the wrong section? I'm sure it was an honest mistake though so no harm done. ^_^
  4. I met with St. Goerge today, interest rate is about 11.5% They do both fixed and variable loans, the fixed means that the rate won't change (duh) but if you pay the loan off early, you incurr additional fee's. The variable allows the rate to fluctuate but it almost never does much either way. The majority of loans done are on variable terms. I'm meeting with CPS tomorrow as i think they are doing about an 8.5% variable. I'm having to shop around, as being purely on commission i'm hard to finance.
  5. Thanks Russell. Something has clicked in me over the last few days and I have decided to speed up the process, There's an already well built GTR that will suit me perfectly and I am considering making a purchase as soon as next week. I'll shoot you a PM though, would appreciate your input on this for sure.
  6. Perhaps no-one heard me?.... I'm telling you, they are black with a chrome dish, I'm not making this sh*t up, look at them!
  7. I know...... They are black wheels with a chrome dish.
  8. Cheers but no thanks, just sold my R33 because i want a 32 and a GTR. Thanks though
  9. Hey, Are you able to varify if the km's are genuine?
  10. They're on autostyle.com.au aren't they? I'll definately check it out! blk180: I'm in Canberra but I'll travel to Perth if it means getting the right car.
  11. NAman: Property won't be an issue, I'm an agent, and will be buying both the car and house within the year. It won't be my daily, I already have a good daily driver. I'll take it out on weekends, nights and occasionally when i feel like it. I am concerned about being able to use the power, it's an objection a few people have raised since i've been thinking about it. The option of an evo or STI is definately a bad idea, theres an incredible wrx going for sale at the moment for 37k. But i' not passionate about them, i think we'd all agree we don't drive these cars because they are practicle and efficient, it's because they make us feel a certain way, and only a GTR would fill that gap. (perhaps i need to get laid lol) I think buying a built GTR would be a great option, but inevitably it's someone elses ideas and effort that you have just purchased. The main concern with buying an already built GTR is that i'd have to know that it has been built exceptionally well and is in great condition.
  12. Heres a tip......get over it! Yes your GTR isn't up and running, yes you're currently being raped of money you deserve and yes you drive an old school Ford......... But we don't give a flying fu** about your car! We care about YOU!!!! You're someone quite a few of us really care about and you could come on a bloody moped for all we care, as long as you're there, we're happy. Christ if it was about the cars then i would have been booted from the club 5 months ago in shame, yet i'm still there every week and one of the main members in Canberra and i'm going out on a limb here, but i'd wager if i stopped coming there'd be quite a few people that'd miss me too. There are a few members that make SAUACT what it is, and you my friend....are one of them.
  13. Twas pretty easy, just take out some screws and if you change your mind....put the screws back on. I took the wing off atthe national museum while we were cruising, the cops that roled up couldn't figure out why i was fu**ing with my own car lol.
  14. My old 33............. There is another shot in my gallery.........
  15. Did you think before you said that? or did it just fall out? First things first........ Yes you can buy an immaculate GTR for 20k. Vspec2 ( a local member we all know) on the forums is currently selling his brothers 32GTR with 80,000 original km's (logbooks to prove it) with it's boost restrictor still in place and never boosted or modded for $21,800, in stunning condition. There is another one on carsales.com for 22k with original low km's immac condition and a few small mods....so theres your first point gone. Secondly......Wrxkilla just sold his fully built GTR with Tomei engine and way over 400awkw (reliable) for i think it was 34k.....second point gone.... I don't mean to come accross like a prick (and i fear i have) but don't treat me like an idiot. I know what i'm talking about, i'm sure you do too but you didn't need tocome accross so high and mighty. Dave: Cheers but i'm looking for a 32 not a 33 and my pockets aren't that deep ^_^
  16. Well that's the hot topic around the ACT that i've been takling over with alot of the team.... I'm either going to spend 35k and buy a well built approx 400awkw R32, or buy an immaculate stock GTR for around 20k abd build it myself. I've discussed this, in detail, with many of our local ACT crew but would like a wider audience to help on their thoughts and personal experiences.......
  17. Perhaps our beloved Sinista should at least attend trivia before he bigins the knocking of a lack of get togethers......
  18. $12.50 for salt and pepper squid. Thats the best on the menu, it's yum!
  19. GREAT! NOW LETS FIND YOU A FU**ING HOUSE!!! BAHAHA
  20. Indeed i think you're right about the cherry black, oh well i've been a big enough help to the ACT car community and particularly SAU i'm sure when the time comes someone will be able to find someone to help me out with a mates rates job. In the mean time i have the luxury of choosing my paint, i might give J-Racing a call and see if they have a house of kolour catalogue.
  21. Lol, ok, here it is in a nutshell, I am there every week (although this week was an exception cause i was having dinner for Valentines) My car is unmistakeable, it's a lime green diahatsu sirion. Jayce and Erica will have a white oldschool sbaru liberty with NSW plates and Mick has a nice red R31. Although skylines aren't there doesn't mean we aren't I've sold mine, Jayces' is off the road and a few of us drive our daily cars. But you can always count on Me, Mick and Jacye and Erica to be there. Be sure to come out next week so i can steal, uh, look at your front bar!
  22. Lol, i can field these for him and it's not even my car. It's an R32 (look under his avatar) And it will cost around $500 to ship it, although thats a question the buyer should be finding out themselves. and it's certianly not as simple as an RB30 bottom end, R34 is right..."it never is"
  23. Hi Rob, Pics would be really good, i know you said it's a blown engine but pics still really help. What are the other extras? and how many km's has it done? I'm
  24. You're right there is a calculated risk of me losing my passion for 32's but you know something.....I'm prepared to take that risk, shall we say around 8 this evening? lol  I actually wouldn't mind popping round just to have a look at it, i've never even seen the bloody thing!
  25. another quality post............
