hey guys, i have a set of GENUINE Chrome Dished Veilside 17's that i am considering selling. they are Andrew's 5 racing rims and the only set i have ever seen in Australia. rear offsett 235/45ZR17 (Veilside logo embossed into each rim) The rear tyres are only a few months old and have tons of tread on them and the fronts are getting low but are still fine and completely legal. i didnt want to sell them but i have found a set of 19's that i love. these rims retail for just over 4k with crappy tyres. they have some slight curb damage, but im happy to have them completely repaired and proffesionally re-polished. im willing to let them go for $2500 or trade for a set of 18's or 19's. pics can be veiwed at http://www.pbase.com/yld_sky/yldsky thanks guys, Andrew.

ok guys due to a discussion with a few of us in the members rides thread, it seems that an SAU-ACT photshoot will be a nice idea. basically we just need as many of us as possible to get together so we can take some group photos of our rides (and us). so we will need to find a good time so that lots of us can come (e.g. not at 11am on a tuesday lol) perhaps something like latish afternoon on a weekend as the sun will be highlighting the cars nicely and most of us will be able to make it. so we will need to decide: Time: Location: best spots or locations for photos? also does anyone have good equipment? or r u good at photography? if anyone is then we'd be happy to have you there to take pics. my sister-in-law is a graphic designer and has access to some really nice printing equipment so perhaps i can get some really nice, big, glossy prints made up after and give them out on a following meet? anyway, feel free to put up your ideas and oppinions. lets make it a really nice one!!! i just a reply to the email i sent about the do luck rear bar, unfortunatly im looking at $2113. which is way way to much. that said im happy to report that they replied to my email quickly and were very polite and friendly.

guys this is a great price!!! i have the Veilside Andrews 5 racing rims (same size slightly wider) and they retail at just over 4k new, these Mariots are only slightly cheaper than mine(just under 4k) so snap em up while u can!!!! free bump anyway.

finally spotted the blue R34 GTR Vspec. just next to the shell at deakin this morning as he was turning onto Adelaide av. i flashed him and gave him a big wave and got a wave and smile back, ;OP looks amazing in up close too, wow!!!

oh ok then, i think for what i got $600 is fantastic. try ringing around a few places, try Audio tech etc... but just look in the yellow pages and there are a whole list of them. for $400 though i dont think you'll get an awesome alarm, but u can prolly get an immobiler and a few other features. good luck mate.

dude i wasnt racing in beetween traffic, there were no other cars anywhere near me when i punched it from the last set of lights, the road ahead was clear for hundreds or hundreds of metres and because i took off quickly there was no one behind me. when i gave it a quick punch to see if he'd run i didnt get past 90 and when i had a run from the 1st set of lights i backed off at 80 (speed limit) hence why he slowly passed me doing about 90. the only person who could have been in any sort of danger was myself, if a roo jumped out in front of me, and even then i could see a good hundred metres either way left and right of me. nuff said. anyway, spotted a nice silver R32(could have been ltsJayce) cause the paint looked really good, as i was heading city bound on streeton dr(he was going the other way) i gave a wave from the other side but he didnt see me.

spotted yesterday: silver R33 zorst, Plates: YGT 25T(black on white act plates) anyone here?at the lights behind me on streeton dr heading city bound, i gave it a slight launch off the lights to see if he'd chase but no luck, a lil further down he slowly passed me doing about 90, i punched it again hoping to get him to come play but no luck, grrr. then i just took off at the next set of lights and pulled out at bout 140 but he just drove off normally and later turned onto the parkway, oh well maybe cause he had a girl in the car with him he didnt wanna race, fair enough i guess.

BDL Fyshwick, got a complete alarm with everything(excluding rottweiler) for under $700 turbo timer comatible etc....pretty good service, had a fair bit to do with them in the past.
