$600 is a pretty small buget for full system but you should be able to pick up a set of splits, 6x9's and small amp for that if you shop around. take a week or two go to every shop ask all your mates them go back to the shop with the guy who gave you the time of day and courtesy to listem. you can save big money on gear right now as alot of brands are bringing in their new equipment, so you can get last seasons gear on special. you dont always need to buy the best brand names for a nice sound and theres money to be saved if you or a friend can do the install

check your suppressor of the alternator, make sure all wire casing is intact, your amp cables should run down one side of the car, your speaker wires the other and your switch wire down the guts, try to keep all wires away from car wiring , make sure you have positive earth conections. 4wd light no idea sorri

if it aint the fuse try spryin a lil CRC behind the mirrors mine droped out one day an it took me ages an almost a broken mirror to find it was a tiny bit of corrosion on the contact points of the motors

hell mine cost $1500 turbo back but i had the dump custom made cause all the A/M ones i lookd at blocked tha wastegate same as the origi cast piece but hey less one one part more for others

duno what caused it but when i got my cd player back in it all fired up agin mabe the constant run thru all those ie: one goes they all go that stupid beep when i open the door is back to ( dam!) cam you get rid of that but keep the one for leavin your lights on? still like ta know how ta do a diags on the comp tho i found it somewhere but damned if i can remember where thanks for replyin

im gettin the feelin that most of us have the same opinion on this this new laws not going to be the problem its the fact that just like yellows and dangerous driving its left up to individual officers having coped the usual cop v young bloke crap it scares me a little ive got yellows and fines for sum pretty petty stuff (and sum i deserved) i dont wanna lose the sky cause some cop thinks i took of to quick at the lites
