  6. Hey, Well this is my cefiro that is for sale – the time has come for me to move on, I have been building this for the last 2 years to sports sedan CAMS specs - and is close to completion – my loss is someone else’s gain… It was out on the track a couple of years ago and has had a lot of work / $ put into it since. The goal was about 350+ rwkw on E85 reliable power and easy power making a fun car built to sports sedan specs. I was aiming to use it for a bit of time attack, the odd drift day, hillclimb like at blue lake in mt gambier etc… a bit of everything while having fun and being able to share the experience with a passenger. Car is currently rolling with empty engine bay. Car: 1989 Nissan Cefiro – with SA registration (not defected, complianced/registered by us in 2005) Interior: *NEW* full walker chassis roll cage – through firewall to struts and full engine bay seam welding $3000.00 *NEW* freshly resprayed interior 2pac white – sound deadener fully removed $2000 *NEW* Nardi 330 mm deep corn wheel with red stitching $300 *NEW* velo GP90’s – pair with Velo rails mounted bride low mount rails $1000 Autogage oil pressure / oil temp gauges Blitz Spec R boost controller guage Power FC hand controller Custom switch panel – fuel/ignition/push start/CAMS kill switch Nismo clutch pedal standard door trims with grey/white camo (fronts had to be cut to suit cage) dash cut to fit around cage – alloy plates made up to close in around cage custom wiring loom (stripped out everything such as hicas, abs, auto, sunroof, a/c, heater, etc) Exterior: 2pac white – sunroof welded up – aerial welded up – nil dings/dents URAS front bar with black Carbon Fibre canards on sides and black Origin canards under front sides – also crystal indicators CUSTOM clear lens headlights (like DMAX) URAS side skirts URAS rear bar Carbon fibre vented bonnet Carbon fibre boot lid with boot pins Carbon fibre GT wing roof spoiler tinted windows 30mm front overfenders bolt on overfenders front and rear Engine: *BRAND NEW – ALL PARTS BRAND NEW!* RB26/30 – built by nisspeed – still wrapped in plastic on engine stand, work commenced on this in February and only finished in august! If there is genuine interest let me know – pics upon request via PM to email – I’m sure there is more… At this stage I will not part it out $20k – engine setup alone is more than this + everything else including a registered car… time wasters / low ballers don’t bother…
  7. not sure on lengths, but I was able to simply swap the yokes over to suit... length wasn't altered I dont believe...
  8. I thought I read it all... but what car again???? Also what turbo???? I'm assuming RB20DET? if so with those mods working well i'd expect around 140 - 150 rwkw, not 200rwkw - as the limit is the turbo. (If RB20 + RB25 / VG30 turbo expect around 180 - 200 depending on boost - but again this depends how much boost you want to run due to ceramic and steel wheels in the turbo) AFAIK the mines ecu will still R & R - it is just a different map to provide better gains to suit a specific setup. The FCD is a cheap option to get around the R & R when running more boost. If it's RB25DET then with the addition of a FCD and R & R not taking over (regardless of std / mines ecu) i'd expect around 180 - 200rwkw from 10 - 14psi. At the end of the day, as everyone has said take it to your tuner they should be able to offer cheap options as simple as a HKS FCD and power run with slight tweak to get AFR's decent to the PFC you speak of and Full MAP tune.
  9. yer cool that would be great - if you could suss out any connectors around the a/c / heater box thing that would be great. maybe can identify number 3
  10. awesome, thanks for that. and no it wasn't factory manual so it has heaps of auto badness oozing out of it (so if you can identify more... sweet ! ) ... and Nic - it's not my dash... just an example - mines cut to shit
  11. ooooh I need that purple rounded square! I lost mine cheers
  12. Hey guys, I have 6 x cefiro specific rb20det coilpacks plus ignitor (square connector, cefiro specific). all items were removed from the car in great working condition, no misfire - just not required anymore. Located in SA will post at buyers expense. $175 ono Cheers.
  13. can of worms much?? opinions on seeing how i go with 1 x external 044 (seems like it can be done)... is it worth seeing how it goes and how safefly or just go with 2 x externals? cheers
  14. #7 - small circuit board thingy does it look to be this thingo that mounts to dash, behind the cluster??? ****EDIT actually don't reackon it is... looks like just a connector for the dash cluster****
  15. realistically - is it possible that with boost around 25psi I may see 370+ rwkw (been reading NYTSKY's build thread). what other single pump would flow enough and be suitable for E85? I dont want to be running out of fuel all because I opted for the wrong external pump OR didn't go down the 2 x external pump options. Seems there are a few conflicting options... which makes it hard lol. Appreciate the input, keep it coming. -Matt
  16. thanks guys, i'd like to know why people don't rate having 2 externals??? I've seen a lot of ppl speaking of 'x' amount of power out of single 044 external but many are relating to pump fuel. How much more does E85 flow the PULP? cheers
  17. Hey guys, been reading through motorsport section and this section and I just cannot seem to find exactly what i'm after re: E85 and fuel setups. I was planning on running 2 x external pumps, but after reading, it may be simpler to run 1. My setup is - RB26/30, gt3076r 0.82 ext gate on E85 - hoping for between 330 - 360rwkw I have: walbro intank pump as pickup/feed pump, 3 L surge tank, 1 x external 044, nismo fpr, 1000cc injectors - I was wondering if this will be sufficient? Or if I will need 2 x externals (due to E85). ***ALSO*** How does the external pumps get wired up? Do they get wired in with the standard intank pump (so internal and external prime at the same time/powered same time) - was thinking of doing this with an extra relay to keep voltage up. Thanks -Matt BTW - POST PICS
  18. i posted up in the cefiro parts thingo thread ages ago... cefiro specific. i tried r33, r32, s13, wgnc34, s14 and none work. between all of them SOME would line up and the rad support side... but then too short... others were opposite.... so they do differ throughout the range...
  19. Hey my setup is still in the process of being sourced / built but as for surge tank, I'm using a 3L tank to 2 x 044 externals, walbro feed pump, 6 x 1000cc injectors on a 26/30 with gt3076r 0.82 on E85... hoping for around 350rwkw...
  20. here's the pic I pm'd before... for everyone else's info...
  21. Hi. just wondering who has a 26/30 in a cefiro RWD configuration. The crossmember is slightly different to r32 and sits a little lower, also having slightly different shaping swaybar... I was wondering if anyone has had to modify the rb30 sump's shape for clearance issues??? (I am wanting extra capacity, baffled sump anyway, so i will need to modify). PICS if possible to show difference. Cheers -Matt
  22. sorted. thanks. /thread
  23. As it says, after a n1 water pump. Who's got what and what's the best price? Pls reply by pm Cheers
  24. #8 now removed! hey Nic - would the FAST software show diagrams of inside the car??? (haven't looked at it yet) cheers
  25. lol cheers. Tubs may look the same, but they are custom. turned out well i thought! now help me with all these bits !!!!!!!!!!
