Closer than me, sprung an oil leak last dyno day, stopped at 365 due to starting to make too much of a mess
Might have to go again, still on 98e10 but should be able to wind some more out of it
Most tuners round these ways will tune it based on the info given, if there's unknowns they'll usually recommend on the cautious side, but will push it if requested & the waiver is signed
and was some talk here about using 25 vct parts, I think elite racing/the dan was doing something if you want to read through

As people say the mixing is a hassle, you should be able to make around 300ish on e85 with those injectors which is about where the turbo should be, maybe a reg just in case
people always expect problems to be ironed out with the tune, not saying that happened here but there's no info on the 'restriction', what was happening?
could be from breathing hard, could try blocking the pcv but would maybe need a breather on the catch can, that plenum may not be helping with engine lifespan
