    I don't see any problem other than the fact that John is being elitist!! We were having enough problems with the 'GTR Only Cruise' without this crap!! It is a social event, end of story.

    I'm glad you rang Allstar today Col. I was there this morning and they said either date was good and they tried your mobile only to find it was switched off. I volunteered to contact you at your work and they said it was your day off!! Lucky all around!! See you all on the 4th of May (Of course this all depends on my car surviving the QR Raceday on the 2nd...)

    Coming home from work I saw a white R33 series 1. And lo and behold it was Charlie!!! I waved, he waved. It was a kodak moment.

    Oooh!! Karen is going to be very upset when she reads that post!! Her car is a series 2 RED R33. Factory spec. NOT Burgundy or wine red or Maroon it is red. Hope this clears up this little matter before she gets huffy!!

    Well I'm in for Wednesday but I won't be there until 5.45pm as I don't finish work until 5.10pm but the good thing is that the trip is shorter from Wacol!!

    You wouldn't believe it Col, but when you turned off at the Rode Road roundabout, I continued on down South Pine Rd and there was a bike cop with his handheld radar!! I often see them there so I was very legal. But just 200 metres further on (just past Flockton St.) at the bottom of a hill was a speed camera 4WD. They are keen!!!

    I'm in for Wednesday!! And Dan I have a boof head and a good helmet if you want to share?? No cooties.... honest.... Oh, the car is fixed and it cost a lot less than I expected!! Cracked manifold and 3 sheared bolts!! All better now and runs even better!!

    Looking at getting a low profile trolley jack, 100mm when lowered. Anyone know where to get one cheap? Asked at Repco and they said they could get one in but it was nearly $500!! I know they are available for less than that.

    I think if you have budget constraints then a mechanical bleed valve controller is the way to go. I have similar mods but on a R33 and the boost contrller is a $35 mechanical one and it is fantastic!! It does not move or leak. Set at 12pound and is solid at every tune. If you do that now, an electronic controller could be saved for a later date.

    Only works on the Series 1 R33 as the Series 2 is not clear but solid!! Still looks good though and I think it would be far cheaper to do it yourself with some Jaycar bits and pieces. Just don't use a blue light!! Cops are freaks about using 'their colour'
