    Recently started taking some Syntec - Ground Zero as a pre-workout. Tastes delicious and definitely gets you pumped up a bit, haven't tried the more popular ones liked Jack3d so can't really compare as yet. Beta Alanine kinda shits me a little though, tingles irritate me.
