costas skyline gtr

my friend the installation was ok.. the car worked for 600 km..everything was ok.. it's the third time this is happening to me.. i don't know what to do..

the security ring for clutch bearing my clutch is spec stage 5 sn265 is pull type

hi guys i need help , i have skyline gtr r33 and i have problem with my clutch .my clutch is new spec stage 5 but if i put the second gear , the o ring for the bearing is fall down and after the clutch pedal is still down please help me if you know
