I then asked the difference between 2 types on said forum, and your solution is to google it again? Where do you think I'm going to end up? I don't need specifics, Just a general overview of the differences. Any proper answers would be appreciated.

It's not about the Neons, I thought those were illegal anyway. That GTR was actually one of the ones I was looking at. My biggest problem was making sure that I could drive it as a P-plater.
