Decent turbo back exhaust made in an Australia exhaust shop and fitted to your car (dump + front pipe + cat + cannon muffler should be around $1200-$1400 in stainless steel). You can also pick up second hand bolt up systems from Import shops for around $800-$1000, but these generally have no cat!

im with phat mr30 as well...........i want to know where to get intercoolers for $350!!! Answer = NOWHERE

Can anyone recommend a good Aussie intercooler?? I've priced up DNA + Hybrid + GCG and they are all roughly the same price. Im hoping to fit a GTR size behind my standard front bar (600x300x76 core size). All the places I have contacted have not been able to give me an exact pressure drop (I figure it will be about 2psi) or tell me if they have been bench tested. I think DNA will be my final choice, as I have heard good things about them. I have thought about using a standard R32 GTR intercooler as many people recommend them, but want the w**k factor of a nice new, clean and shiny intercooler behind my front bar. I've been told that R32 GTR coolers only have 0.5 pressure drop across the cooler and that if they were S**t, they wouldnt use them on a GTR, but I'm not convinced. Re the Shirts - I'd be keen for one - what colour and design????

Ok. A mate pointed out to me that my tail lights werent working last nite, so I checked all the fuses and found nothing (what a prick to check as I cant read Japanese and had to check all 20 of them). Checked the connections in the boot and a plug had disconnected itself so I connected it again and now the tail lights work, but not my brake lights! Any suggestions???

only big advantage of having 5 stud is there is a bigger range of wheels also available

are the RS badges on the front LH + RH guards just stuck on there?? or do they have little pins on the back which are fixed into the guards?? just wanting to know as one of mine is cracked, so I will take them off and replace them with GT badges off a R33. I did want to keep it original, but $70 each badge is a bit steep I think!

R34 GTR seats wont bolt straight in, but shouldnt be too hard 2 modify. I fitted a front pair of R34 GTT seats into my DR30 Skyline, the front 2 mounts nearly lined up, but the rears I cut off and rewelded in a position where I could bolt them into the original mounts. Took a few hours on a Sat and Sun but well worth the effort as they are much more supportive than my old seats and look a whole heap better. GTT seats sell for about $600 and as Roy stated, GTR seats are worth at least $3000 as they are out of such a new car!

It depends on how straight the body is, what colour your car was originally, whether you want the engine bay repsrayed or not etc etc. Usually a panel shop might charge a company about $3000 for quick resprays on large quantities of cars. So in my opinion, you will be looking at spending at least $4500!

Does anyone else get this problem on a semi-standard FJ20 box....... for example, coming to a red light, shift out of gear into neutral and coast up to the lights, when it comes time to go again, 1st is a mofo to engage!!! Anyone had similar problems or know what it is???

My car also chirps in 2nd gear quite easy.....maybe all R200 diffs are like it??? Redline oil is the way to go, it does wonders for notchy as hell toyota boxes, I'm bout to try some in my car...... I'll let you know how it goes!
