Hey guys thanks for the posts I would like to thank 5INNA for the positive comments and support , but i would also like to say there i don't like people putting down other fabricators or what not, i have full respect for 6boost and all the big names out there they do bring out a lot of good manifolds and products, The manifolds we make are caterd for other type of customers ones that are on low - mid budge that doesn't mean the quality of the manifold have to go down as seen most people who got theirs are happy and the more i see people are happy with the product the more we work harder to improve / provide you guys with things you want. I personally don't see any problems with the welds we have been doing and if you see the images from the ones we have done recently which what they will look like from now on they are very strong clean welds. I appreciate all the feedback given and every one who has pointed something out as we do take it on board and it helps us improve what we put out Majority of the time people don't know how long it takes for us to put something out and if you are not a fabricator it could be slightly hard to see. But we have always been there to answer questions for people and make something decent and we will keep doing that for you guys, If you guys need anything or questions feel free to PM me Thanks again Kam

Hi there, Don't think i will be focusing much on SR at the moment i have a couple designs but we will be putting most focus on the RB motors, I will be making some split pulse and some without withgate port in the next 4 weeks , But if there is a demand on some SR stuff i will look into it , Hope that helps

Sorry for the late reply's i only managed to get some time to get online today. I have said this million times and so this will be a million + 1 All the comments taken to improve the product i take seriously flow of the external pipe from day one some one stated on a different flow so i have changed it, Item's are pre fitted to a engine bay to ensure that they will clear and bolt on ( Majority of the Chinese ones are just bulk produced so no QC in regards to fitments ) which isn't really a big problem as most people who are buying them are for DIY jobs, as stated prior the Chinese manifolds made they flow fine but the strength is very weak to keep costs down they use the thinest SS they can find just to sell it off for cheap, For you to buy a stainless steel manifold that won't crack is spending big money and majority of the time people are buying them for the " Shiny " Effect . Most big names use pre fabricated collectors, this is not just because it is easier ( it is easier than building your own ) but they also proven to work as most people have used them. But as i stated earlier we are not comparing ourself to 6boost or any of the big guys , we have respect for any fabricator with good work and i don't intend to bad mouth ANY ONE. Our collectors are straight forward we have made many manifolds and every one ( WHO HAS TRIED OURS ) are happy for 1) the Value 2) strength 3) fitment Most people who have bad mouthed our product purely they have not used our product or they want a $1500 manifold for $300 which i am sorry to hear but that's day dreaming. We are here to offer people with a half decent quality manifold that wont crack and has good flow. So what if you spend a couple hours cleaning up the collectors to make it how you want to make it? for that amount of money it takes me hours to get these done. I am looking at improving the collectors but that means the price will go higher and i wanted to give you guys a good priced item. I will introduce different types of manifolds at different pricing in the next couple of months to give you guys a more options. I am glad to hear that most people who have purchased the item are happy with it and are giving us good feedbacks and we will keep working hard to produce half decent RB manifolds for you guys. Any Positive or negative comments i am here to take them in Wish you guys a happy Easter and best of luck kam

I love it how " some one said something" goes around like Chinese whispers , The Rb20 / 25 manifolds we do are test fitted to a engine bay which is my own car to make sure it bolts up and clears ( showing in the pictures above ) we try to make sure all the flanges are flush and the gaskets given are thick to prevent exhaust leakage. If you look at my ebay account most of the people who have purchased the product are very happy with it and every one who have used is happy with it, I am sure there are some people out there are a bit picky in regards to making sure its fully flat and what's an extra $50 dollars to spend to get it machined again if they are not completely happy? a customer purchased a Rb30 manifold saying that his mechanic said the flange is not straight and needing machining and he should buy a 6boost one. Now i have no problem with any one buying any product. But what we make we have listed 100's of pictures of what the products look like. Ke55pig The pictures above is off your manifold which i did for you i spent hours making sure the WG pipe flow is good and getting it welded nicely for $399 i am not sure who would do that . This is not a 6boost manifold and i keep repeating myself if you pay me the same amount for a 6boost manifold i will make you one like that. I am trying to provide people with something decent and if they don't want to spend a lot then this is an option for them.

Ok guys over the weekend i decided to take the sheets off my old car which i haven't touched in years. It use to have a stainless manifold with a T3/T4 turbo. To give you an idea the turbo was a fine hair line between the covers it was pretty much touching. The pictures bellow are a manifold we put together for a client with a 44mm port , and the turbo size is double what the t3/t4 was this is our GT3540 .70 A/R front and a 1.06 A/R rear, which compared to the old one it was .63,

Giday mate, Thanks for the support. Our 3540 is aimed for larger power as the rear housing is quiet big. We will be doing some smaller sizes in the near future. Turbo's are high quality and we wouldn't sell it if we didn't know that. the cheaper range we do supply is for people who are on a tighter budget most GT series turbo's we do supply are assembled by us Our wastegates that we do supply ( we don't manufacture ourself ) but under a very high quality control and are made in Taiwan not china like most cheaper gates that boost creep. we check each item before sold and make sure they are up to standard. I will be posting up Dyno charts soon of the turbo's / wastegate's being used on our customer's cars.

Some one was saying that the welds ( wernt pretty ) because we had used a tig and not a mig on the last Wg port we did, well from now on we will use a mig as much as possible. here is a few of the ones we have recently finished and because some one had stated they didn't like how the mig welds looked ( which does not actually effect the performance of the manifold ) we took your ideas on board and made the welds look pretty The large one is a 50mm port with a 50mm gate, the smaller one with the gate is a 38mm port and a v band gate, and the last one is a 44mm port with no flange.
-
The last wg port we did was with a mig most of the work we do is with a tig BUT that will not effect the product itself, we have never had a issue with a manifold cracking it's 3mm thick wall mild steel, most Chinese manifolds you buy are half of that in thickness and it's stainless if you can make something same thickness in stainless and for that price then I take my hat off for you. And most Chinese manifolds we have had put on cars don't line up with the studs. Each rb manifold we supply are pre fitted to a head to ensure it lines up. Chinese Companys knocking out stainless shiny thin manifolds don't Just because they have nicer looking welds that doesnt mean it will perform better it may look good but give it a couple months and it will crack, and that's speaking from experience and seeing what people have bought to us, we can't force you to buy our product but we don't make much out of what we do we are trying to get our name out there and like a decent company we try to take what people say to improve our product

Every body will have something to say over the internet and i know that from seeing the positive and the not so positive feedback's. Giving an opinion on a product is fine but calling it "Garbage" or anything negative WITHOUT trying the product yourself is pretty low. I would never go and put down a product without even trying it? Yes this is not a 6boost manifold which will knock your head off with $1200 AUD nor other manifolds which cost the same, if you give me the same amount of money i would be more than happy to put something at the same level. NO one knows how much effort it goes to build a manifold ( except fabricators) we have put together a product for the people who don't want to sell their right kidney just to be able to afford a half decent manifold. We are continuously working on improving our collectors and designs and that's the reason we jumped on here to get your guys feedback's. The people who have ACTUALLY tried the product and the results they have goten they were happy. The manifolds are made up of mild steel 3mm thick which won't crack like the cheap Chinese manifolds you buy for the same price just because they are shiny. The welds on the last one we did a little bigger than what we normally do but we made it ensuring that it will be bullet proof. in the next couple of months we will be devolving new designs, but we think for the value of money this is bang for your buck. Something solid and won't crack and your turbo won't hit the rocker cover like most ss ones out there do. Thanks and if any one require anything flick us a private msg or post up on this thread. Kam

Thanks for the comments and the tips from you guys i do take everything said seriously and the advice given to make our product even more solid / crack resistant. Currently we have never had one of our own manifolds crack and most fabricators who have used Mild steel know the material is very strong. As shown in the pictures above of the one i had put together for a client the manifold is solid and i don't ever see it cracking. For the same price you could grab your self a cheap Chinese SS one or you could go for something half decent. I am not sure if people know how much times goes in making these and the hard work that has been put into them but i do appreciate all the positive feedback from you guys.

Iam waiting to get my slr camera to come back then i can get you guys better pictures, i tried to take some pix of the inside of the pipe to show you the welding on the other side. you can see nothing will be flying out. Any ways this is what we can do and if any one is interested then just let me know. Kam

These pictures are of the manifold we just sent out to a client overseas, this has a 38mm pipe and i will post up pix tomorrow of the same version with our 50mm wg port I will also try get a picture of the inside of where the welds have been made to show you what it looks like so you know there is nothing going to fly out of these welds.
