Just a question regarding modifications in the OPEN class. Are FRB wide guards allowed ? Are FRB/Carbon doors allowed ? Are Lexan/Speed glass windows allowed ? Increased displacement from factory?

Intresting you say that as you will see there are cones on the track representing turn in, apex and exit. Those cones were layed out by John Bowe and I walked the track with him as he did it. We discussed the various lines and the pros and cons of diffrent approaches to the track. I tried to do what he said but who knows what I was doing in the heat of the moment.

Yeah its too soft in the front atm. 1.36.30 which im really happy about as there is so much more to do in the handeling department. Cant wait to see what it does on good tyres. There were other laps that felt faster but dont have times for them wouldnt have been too much better.

Did some testing at Winton yesterday for the first time and got some footage. Hey this might be a silly question but will there be a tyre fitter at the event. I know there is at a drift event but these grip events are all a bit new to me. If so will they be able to fit tyres to 18x12. Cheers

What good tyres would you use john. I thought 315 only came in crappy brands. I have decided to scrap my 18*10's and 18*12's and put 18*9 all round on my R32. That way I can run RE 55's all round. Yoko 315's were awesome though

EOI sent. Is it ok to use Yoko AO 48's in the open class. Also I havbe suggested braking up the awards into capacity and drive as aposed to cylinders and drive. This gives people with a rb20 a chance instad of them bieng up against and R33 or a 300ZX. Cheers

Has anyone delt with MRT Trailers/Motorsport Hauler. I was about to go ahead with a trailer however comunication is becoming difficult. Just wanted to know if anyone had used thenm and how it all went.
