External wast gates set ups can flow higher than low mount internal gate set ups. The other main advantage is that high mount set ups direct most of the heat to the road and the block instad of the engine bay and intake plumbing, wiring etc.

I guess we need to clarify things. If your talking about street drifting then sure Sam was street drifting in Melbourne before Matt and I had our skylines. But saying that MCCR had unofficial drift meetings in Dandenong at least 2 years before I met Sam. Dr Drift still lived in Adelaide back then. Mark, Trav and Yenda could tell you all about it. Hell I was out there too sliding my Telstar TX5 Turbo and I was 17 and had just got my licence. Note that I mett Sam when I was 19 back in 2002/3. I’m sure before MCCR there where heaps of people ripping up and using rally techniques on the streets too. If your talking about starting competitive drifting then you can not argue that Full Lock were the first organisation in the country to educate CAMS, Adelaide, Victoria and New South Wales race tracks on what drifting was all about. Note that the SR20 club educated Queenslanders. But FLM were the first national competition at Queensland Raceway. Now Queenslanders have been street drifting for the longest time in Australia unless you include denzo. It started by a group of Jap drifters living in QLD and hitting the streets now this was back in 1999/2000. They also taught a number of local QLDers how to drift at this time. So in a nut shell. Sam wasnt the first person to street drift in Melbourne. Full Lock were the first people to introduce drifting to Victorian motorsport authorities.

Cant wait to see how the promo vid comes up. I highly recomend you guys give it a go. Was such a rush and very safe. Although i did freak out a bit when Laurence and i did a tandem jump noes to tail. I was trailing and i couldnt see the jump just the back of his car then woosh i was airborn hehe. Cant wait to do it again.

Hi, I am selling my HKS GT2835ProS turbo. It is a direct bolt on to the RB25DET. Internal waste gate turbo. It was purchased in Febuary/April 2005 and has done less than 8,000km's. In perfect working condition. Made 230rwkw @13psi on my rb25 before it ran out of fuel. Good for 300rwkw. Selling due to 3037/3040 external waste gate upgrade. Comes with all water and oil lines, dump pipe, heat sheild and front suction pipe. Price $2800 ono No pics available as turbo is curently fitted to the motor. Yeh the manifold will need to support a HKSGT2835Pros which sits in the same position as the factory turbo.

Hey all, I am trying to find an aftermarket exhaust manifold for RB20/25's. It needs to be suitable for the stock turbo i.e. no high mount or external waste gate manifolds. There are many on the market such as the Xforce or the HPI manifolds that would be suitable however apparently these dont flow as well as stock items. These products are a combination daisy chain and tubular arangment. I am looking for 6 seperate pipes joining to 1 as apposed to the modle shown below. Thanks
