In your defence Snowy you can clearly hear and see that your foot was on the accelerator and brake at the same time. For that to happen on the limit would alway result in an off. Having driven one of those before I know that without race shoes you have no hope of hitting the peddles right.

Living in QLD on a VIC licence and VIC rego I can tell you first hand that the points do not get deducted off my VIC licence and they can not defect my car. They have told me this when i got pulled over for speeding and on another occasion for "making exsissive noise" both of which are 3 point penalties in QLD. They said the systems are not linked. Im sure if I was doing something totally stupid they would call up and ask for the points to be deducted. All monetary penalties must be paid. I do think the VIC and NSW systems are linked.

Anyone have pics of the GMS R32 with the front wheels off so I can see the front suspension setup. If its anything like the rear setup it not exactly std nissan. Cheers

If the speedo is still working id say you need to replace your gauge cluster. The trip counter runs of the speedo and the speedo runs off a electrial sender so id the speedo works the trip counter is stuffed.

Definatly sounds like an inside job to me.

Personally having driven a RB26's with dash 5's and a RB26 with GTSS turbos I concluded that for the ultimate power delivery and response GTSS are the best turbo for 2.6ltr and dash 5's are more suited to 2.8ltr. I belive this to be true from back to back testing in the Dutton rallies where the benifits of the top end power of the dash 5's has not overweighed its lack of response and the GTss have had a consistant advantage. Add V cam to the 2.8 as well and it would be amazing. I would expect the most exlirating 420kw around. It would feel like a porsche turbo on red bull. Good luck with it all and if you ever want to sell it give me a yell.

Yeah its a totally diffrent car. Still wants to lock the rears but apart from that the mid corner and exit grip is higher than anything ive ever driven. It actually feels like it gets out of corners quicker than a GTR now. Soooo happy.

I highly recomend Meridian for all. They have don plently of work for me and I am always happy. The take an extreamly profesional approach towards all their work. This includes documenting every cage throughly and take photos of every weld. By buying everything through them they will be able to build you cage around your seat and harness. Ford will tow it without a problem and it wont f**k the Auto. I have towed many cars with fords and como's. The braked towing capacity is usally about 1600kg. If you exceed this it is illeagal. find out the recomended braked towing capacity first. You only need to ask yourself this question. Is the cost in fuel, trailer hire and wear and tear, rachet straps and risk of damage less than getting a tow truck. If yes tow yourself. Call around and get your prices for trailer hire costs etc. Then call Jack and only Jack from City Wide towing and tell him your a member of SAU and ask for a quote for a tow, his number is 0419 877 437. One more question Will there be a tyre fitter? Number of tyres totally depends on track time, tempreture, cool down time, power, type of tyre. Im getting 3 sets of cheap and nasties.

Na man 33's have a diffrent setup all together. If you already have a cusco style adjustable uper arm you will need an Ikeya adjustable lower arm. But I think the cusco style upper arm will allow plenty of adjustment. Go to Just jap for all of the above

Is it just me or does that R32 have the radiator in the boot. To be honest its something ive been thinking of doing to my 32.
