  1. Again totally off topic...but have a look at this!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ijklIg3aLko .....Balls o' steel!! BTW not a real fan of the M35 stag....bit too Volvoish especially at the rear end 4 me. Might grow on me if I see one in the raw done up. Anyhow enjoy vid!!
  2. Nice looking car there....very clean!! Enjoy.
  3. PM Qikstagea......he wrecking one atm but not sure if Series 1 cup holder will be the same as your Series 2. No harm in asking him though.
  4. What was the reason for cylinder blockage???? injector, valves....seems very odd. Did the mechanic explain this?? You would expect with the tyres repaired that the work would be guaranteed....not a good thing to not tighten wheel nuts, think the repairer would be liable 4 that one??? Chin up....once all repaired, the car should do you well!!
  5. Which club u at? I in Gold Coast Kart Club, wouldn't mind gettin the kart out again for a blast!!
  6. My old clubman S made 15.5hp back in it's day.....you gotta get the old crankcases, barrel & head which dissipate heat better. Perhaps J's make more....didn't really care too much for them as they were always a bastard to start!! lol
  7. If anything you need to know....just let me know as been in karting for about 10yrs and only too happy to help. Once you get in one at full speed, you will soon realise they are way more addictive than Cars.....(sad but true) Karts range in power from 9Hp (Yamaha 100 J) 15Hp (Yamaha 100 S) and 28Hp (rotax 125) Unfortunatly my rotax has had to go up for sale but soon as my debt cleared, will have to get another one as the racing bug is way too addictive for me. Here's a link so you can compare what a Rotax looks like compared to a Yamaha air cooled motor http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=147699 Definatly worth taking up the opportunity to have a go up at Ipswitch as this is a good way to see what the sport is really about compared to hiring karts elsewhere.
  8. If it's through the Ipswitch Kart club...you will proberly be using 2-stroke karts. It's a way to allow people to try out AKA approved race karts and give them the bug to race!! It's a good idea I reckon cause 4-stroke karts are no comparison to a proper 2-stroke....
  9. This year will be the most open season for years without Schumacher. I really hope the Red Bull has got some speed now that it is being designed by Newey. Now we shall also see how fast Ferrari really are compared to the others, as I think without Schumacher and Ross Brawn, the team will not really perform consistantly throughout the whole year. Alonso in the Macca.....will be a few races b4 him and the team gel (mid season) and get some solid results. Kimi in the Ferrari shall be the one to watch......no doubt he will write a few cars off trying to acclaim No1 status. Bring on Melbourne!!
  10. Sorry mate....sales only

Did they ring you and confirm your plates?....if not then ring them up and change the type of plate to what you want. I'd say that if you have already put money down then it may be hard for them to change it.....I put my plates on layby but have not paid any deposit yet. They rang me a day later confirming the combination only.
