Hi all, Just in time for Christmas, here's a pic of the Stagea I bought today at Auction. After selling the R33 4 months ago......i had to get something with more room. Think this should serve me and the missus well. Can't wait to drive it in the new year! Edit. Larger pics added

I would have thought it is there for safety issue....boost not so agressive down low so it drives smoother in the wet???? JMHO

LOL.....only got a lil Diahatsu Charade atm to drive and believe me, if i could drive the kart legally on the street...I would!!!! hehe btw how much did your car cost??? I looking round a 1998-2000 model myself when the time comes

Just got back into racing karts after a year off and missed every moment of it.....If you are considering getting into it then check out the local tracks and see what the biggest classes are ( usually rotax, clubman or J's) Be wary that with a rotax you need to upgrade to a B grade license b4 you can start from the front of the grid. They usually put C graders and P platers to the rear, this is why a Clubman would be a good start. Don't expect to fast straight away as there is more to setup with chassis than you may think....the first year is usally just for learning Re. Turbo tim....where are you located? cause if you are in sydney i can hook you up with a kart dealer to talk to.

It is a very regretful sale but I needa bigger car to take away on longer trips.

Buy some premixed coolant in bottles....about 8 L to be safe. I used 90+ at 33% coolant ratio. If you do want to mix you definately need distilled water. Stops corrosian on alloys, but the easiest way is premixed.

Also it's a good idea to add 1.5-2L of coolant and let it sit for a couple of minutes then add again in stages til full. With the motor being hot you don't wanna risk cracking the head or radiator with cold coolant.

does the silicone piping from the intercooler pipe to the bleed vavle have its restrictorin place still??
