  1. yeah hes doing a quick tune on my car on tuesday, only costing $100, how much did u pay for urs fully installed and tuned ???
  2. too much boost on the stock ecu, it'll pull the timing and and dump in fuel like a bitch, dunno your problem might be worse then that but the stock ecu don't like much more then 10psi, maybe its time for an aftermarket ecu, u seem to have done everything else
  3. with the backpressure posing a restriction with the stocko exhaust on, the most the turbo can produce will be 7 psi but when you remove the backpressure the actuator won't have changed, truth be known the actuator is prolly set for 10psi but due the restrctive exhaust etc... it only flow 7 psi

  8. he got an auto, i think wolf3D handle autos, might hafta invest in one of them, with the stocko ecu pulling out all ur ignition timing its going to be hard to make easy power,
  9. my guess is the stock turbo mate, don't tihnk its capable of pushing 17psi at 6000 rpm, might be time for a hi-flo
  10. how long does it take hitman for a road tune ??? and how does his tune compare to a dyno tune ? does he do a touch up on a dyno later or all on road ?

  15. i think you'll find that many business do his jsut most not as obviously as bd4s, i know some stuff i have bought from mod your car has come with and invoice from rocket industries worth about $20-30 less then i paid

  17. yeah mate cams r fully sik, get big ones 274's or so with massive lift and up the boost to 2 bar
  18. yeah b4 u get SAFC get the FMIC and 3" zorst, otherwise u r going to have to pay for 2 tunes, and yeah 12 psi on stock cooler / exhaust, is asking for trouble

  20. lads if we r meeting at the twin servos at wallsend, the freeway is about 2 mins from there, so going thru swansea would be a longer and more painful way, none-the-less i'm sure this'll be decided on the day, the turn-off to take is the one to tuggerah / wyong, i'm pretty sure its the first one after the caltexs, and theres no speed cameras between wallsend and there yeah just my thoughts it'd be more logical to go straight out to the F3, or we can all cruise thru charlie etc... that'd look sweet
  21. i have found on my stock edu'd r33 that anything over 10 pounds feels quite a lot slower.....is this normal, i got FMIC, full 3" exhaust but the car feels faster and definitely runs smoother on 10 psi compared to 12-13psi, getting a PFC installed soon which will hopefully make 12 psi and reasonable amount to run, but i was running 12-13 psi on stocko cooler, and yeah engine didn't like it at all

  23. at what point on a gts-t will the fuel pump need to be upgraded, and from there the injectors and regulator ???

  25. you will need to re-tune the pfc when u eventually do get a FMIC, that is the only downside, u should still get some nice gains out of it though talk to turbotechnics at cardiff, they can get u a FMIC without body chopping, mines an AVO turbo on, 500x350 or sumthin, good for 500hp and has the pipes return on the same side, so no cutting is needed, as for a pfc tune, got to the NSW section and do a search theres 2-3 active threads around about it
