  1. deffo interested in the first amp offered, where is dundas, just outta curiosity, but yeah or else when is the SAU show n shine, i assume its at mingara again, i can meet there, or whatever
  2. if u have no boost controllers etc.... i don't think u should go past +7 on the stocko gauge, isn't this dangerous, mine runs at 13 psi and it doesn't get to the +7 level
  3. if u r running track days might wanna look at ur cooling system in general as well
  4. not a whole lot of point with stocko turbo, but u will notice a difference...... ur car will like u for it

  7. doesn't HICAS only turn the wheels 1 deg ????? so if there that little clearence u will probably have problems anywayz
  8. just out of curiosity, does anyone spare fot over their front brakes ????? cause i ain't too keen on having a front flat then having to pull a tyre off the back and put onto the front then put the space saver on the back seems like a lot fo messing around, would a spacer solve my problem ???

  10. i got an AVO one fitted for $1300 ish no cutting, no welding, nothing mounts on perfectly and pipes return up the same side etc..... easiest thing ever, dunno what will happen with bigger turbo etc.....

  12. i've noticed hardly any difference though i did FMIC, cam gears, PFC, fuel pump and reg, clutch and full fluid and oils change (some top redline stuff) all at once so the car felt beter then new, but yeah, u got a dyno figure or are we all talking seat of the pants here ???
  13. see any good local suspension shop, pedders, whiteline, i know bowers down here in newy all do good work suss out some local guys, also if u intend to mod up nicely in the future find a good local workshop and STICK WITH THEM, theres nothing more valuable then having a good workshop which will help u out when u r in need.
  14. u can't change AFM on a standard ecu.........i'm 99% sure of this, by changing to a bigger AFM your car will run leaner cause ur AFM will send in a lower voltage despite more air flwoing in and the computer will correct accordingly, hence u leaning out, buy an ecu, for god sakes, all that work and u stinge on the computer, shoulda been the first thing u bought
  15. guys, do a search and find sydneykids calculations on lag and heat 'caused' by the bigger cooler and pipework remember at 3000 rpm your engine is consuming 3750L of air every minute.....thats assuming zero pressure difference, adding a few litres of volume is going to make stuff all difference to lag......
  16. just open the gauge up and solder wires from inside the gauge and run them outside to gauge then solder then to your car, just be careful opening it

  19. mate its easy as, also if u r racing head to head try and launch when the last yellow comes on or just after the 2nd last one has come on, ur reaction time will be shit if u wait till u see green then go, u wanna have ur foot almost off the clutch by then
