correct me if im wrong but i believe sequential bov's make that noise while still venting all that nasty pressure away from your turbo. thats the difference between a normal bov and a sequential, sequentials make that ch ch ch noise...

hey mate, i just finished doing the saame conversion about 4 weeks ago, these guys pretty much covered it, you will need to pull the temp sender out of the rb30 and putit into the rb20det, and same with the speed sensor that screws into the side of the gearbox. as for the tacho, you need to run a seperate 12v inpput onto the line with a 10kohm .5 watt resistor between the 12v and tacho signal wire. beasides that i used the alternator air con pumps off the rb30, they bolt straight on, its all pretty much bolt straight on stuff, also your turbo dump wont exactly fit you zorst so u may need a custom peice made up, i used a rb25 zorst between turbo and cat and it fit really well. besaides that its pretty easy. good luck, any other quest, let me know.

i have the intercooler guy fmic kit on my r31, its BLOODY AWESOME, instant power, FREEZING cool air and no pressure drop, not to mention it looks bloody awesome.. all i can say is get one now!! cause i fit it myself onto a r31 and its a r32 kit, so should be peice of piss to fit it to a car its made for.... hey guys, comming home tonight, my r31 rb20det just cut out as i was changing down gears to take a corner, just went dead. still got fuel pumping and ignition but just wont start, left it for 10 min, tried a few times, then waited another 5 and started up fine!!! WTF???? anyone had this before?? i was thinking faulty ignition or coil packs or maybe just water cause its been a wet night, but wasnt raining very hard!!!

shit $300 is cheap, if someone can find me one for $300 ill pay em $50 rolin imports does a chip and tune for around $400 but i will be changing bits and peices here and there so need to have adjustable settings. where can i buy a safc, one on ebay atm for $485

aiming for 200rwkw i got rb20det, 3in mandrel exhaust, pod, 600x300x76 fmic and 11psi, triple puck brass button clutch. so now needs the air/ fuel ratios tuned a bit whats a good ratio??

hey guys pulled my rb30 engine out of my car so if u want anything or the whole thing post in here and i will get back to you, everything in great working order serviced every 5000k engine has 211000 on it, a few bits and peices have been taken off for my rb20det conversion but its 90% complete, so post what ya need and i will let u know if available,,, u guys name the price but be fair ok. also im from the gold coast

just wondering what would be the benefit of getting a s-afc over getting the car dyno tuned and performance chipped. pro's and con's of both. Tune and Chip $450 S-afc + tune $900?? so whats the benefit of the extra cost?

hey guys my r31 with rb20det has no speedo or tach. i do have the rb30e speedo sensor in the rb20 and its wired but no readings, as far as the tacho is concerned i read something bout putting in a 10k resistor somewhere in line but where??? any help would be HUGELY appreciated

yeah feels sooooo good compared to the rb30, not as much lower end but from 3 grand up about 30 times the fun hehe, couldnt lay a 10m long black line on the road starting at 50kmhr with the rb30 No the kit wasnt custom made, just order the r32 kit it fits sweeeeet!!! like no noticeble lag on this cooler either AND not a single bit of pressure drop, holds 11psi perfect the whole rev range
