Fair call, I am going to buy a Dremel (Perfect tool for the job I had thought) this week and attack it this weekend. I really wish I knew what it looked like inside as to cut away the most efficient sized hole... I've attached an image showing the 2 options I can see for cutting away at it. I'm inclined to go for the yellow line... but you can see that with the orange line you would get it all including the wires which would be good too. Anyone have any thoughts? I'm in NZ, thanks anyway.

I'm trying to get into my High Stop light to get the circuit board fixed up. I hear that it's a sealed unit which needs to be cut into to gain access, is this true? Any tips on how to achieve that? Here are some pics...
