It has stock internals running n1 turbos @ 21psi with power fc maxed injectors yellow jackets baffled sump. Has good mods but comp test was 1, 143.5psi 2, 143.5. 3, 143.5 4,143.5 5, 142.6. 6, 140.5. Is there cause for concern?

Am purchasing my first gtr, and am wondering what compression is plausable for an engine around the 100,00km mark
Have done abit of research and from what i can find new they should have around 170psi per cylinder?? Have found a car but it has around 143 to 140psi on the comp test and is pushing 21psi boost through stock internals making 418hp atw?? ok or not?
