spotted myself booking the GT-R in to ultimate tunes to get it running.....=( Also spotted a black rsfour stagea in conder this morning. Spotted a black R32 GTR on betty maloney cr near the park... on friday. anddddddd spotted that bloody R34 v-spec 2 in tuggers kmart carpark.its there to tease me!

Hi guys thought id add my GT-R in here: 1990 R32 GT-R 104,000 logged Km's, with original tool kit. She is pretty much stock: Splitfire Coils Cat-back exhaust Pod filters Power FC boost Controller Twin-plate Clutch Phat 275/35 tyres. Custom Paint (gunmetal grey with metalic blue through it) At the moment its pulling 230awkw and in need for a serious tune..... (im aiming for around 300kw when i get more cash) Still a work in progress....... she is up on blocks atm im replacing the starter motor.... here is a pic

it smelt like fuel. not sure though didn't want to break it further. its sounding pretty sick at the moment.

when i say no response my car the started motor sequels in pain however it does try to turn over, i know it isnt spark plugs/coils so im thinking its fuel related or a head gasket. i think the starter motor just decided to brake at this time and it isnt related (i hope).

Im getting no response at all anymore, when it was turning over i got white smoke out the back off the car as well as a bit under the bonnet. tomorrow im pulling the fuel filter out as well as the starter motor. from what i can see i may have lost a tiny bit of oil, coolant is fine however. I was thinking head gasket to begin with but now im not sure. as when the car died i was low on fuel its very suspicious...

I was at idle going around a corner and the whole car just gave up, rolled to a stop. i had boosted about 3 minutes before hand. no smoke when it did die. I think what has happened is i was low on fuel and there was some gunk in the bottom of the tank and ive clogged my fuel filter somehow. and my started motor just chose this time to die as well.

I think started motor but im not sure. im still new to the skyline engines. but yeah it sounds rooted. but im unsure as to what else is wrong. because the whole car just died on me on the way home. i thought i might have run out of petrol but after all this it can't be petrol. so im lost. hopefully me and a few mates can figure out whats wrong tomorrow. p.s Anyone Thats free today that lives like condor area free that might have an idea? thanks guys.

yeah the smoke is white, very white. but i have not seen the smoke since yesterday when it first broke. the car won't even attempt to start now. its got that high pitch noise and a bit of smoke under the bonnet when it tries to start. hence im thinking starter motor. but im unsure

As some of you may be aware i slipped and broke my GT-R yesterday. I need helping with ideas of what has happened. the Symptoms are: High pitch noise and white smoke from under the bonnet when trying to start. It did start 1 time but i had a huge amount of white smoke out of the exhaust. When we took our foot of the gas the car immediately cut out again. Im thinking ive cracked a hose somewhere and the started motor may have pooped itself. Thoughts? IF anyone is keen there is a 6 pack for the person who knows what the problem is. as i'm pretty stumped at the moment. I will be doing compression tests and all the random stuff on Saturday but i would just like some ideas on what it might be so i know where to go. Thanks guys

SOOOOOOOO, After it sitting for a while an attempt to start it was made. Im NOW getting a very high pitch noise and some white smoke (smells like fuel ish) from under the bonnet. car Will hardly turn over. Thoughts?

DIY sounds good. though after more checking i'm starting to lean towards a cracked air hose somewhere.... ahhhh the joys of looking through a GT-R engine bay. Its got all the space in the world....

Spotted the GT-R not starting................ sigh. don't worry its a GT-R they do this every now and then.

So i'm Currently in the process of troubleshooting my R32 GT-R.... I'm coming closer to the conclusion iv'e done the Head Gasket... Anyone know the going price to replace one at the moment?? I hope it isn't the head Gasket but i'm 90% sure it is.

Hi guys i know this isn't the place but i want to put it out to canberra people before this car goes on carsales/NSW SAU FS Ive got my Daily driven R32 Non-Turbo for sale, i have had it for about 6 years and it nas never let me down. Its a bit rough on the outside as it got hailed on a bit a few years back, but the paint doesn't have a mark on it, just needs a buff. The seats are in pretty good condition as i have had seat covers on all of them since i bought the car. the drivers seat has a tiny rip on the side (the usual r32 spot) its done 206000km/s. Im looking for around $5500 neg. PM me if you want some more pics/more info as i didn't have much time to get this done this morning

That white 32 lives down the road from me, 500+kw still a work in progress i believe. thing is nuts.

The gunmetal 32 was my non turbs daily driver sin, must have missed you though. Saw both the silver 33 GT-R and the Orange 33.
