Buy a 2012 1 series M and keep the 34, and be happy. -

Just quietly the M4 is a ground up built road car, that they have "tweaked" into a performance car. The GTR was a ground up build to go around a track as fast as possible, whilst being street legal. -
Yep that's them, you drill into the metal for the clutch and brake pedal leave the rubber for the accelerator. Since they were not specifically designed for the 32. Alternatively you could buy a set of 34 pedals to suit.

Best performance street tyres
Anfanee replied to vxsr33's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
bonus of the RSR's is they are CHEAP i get them at $160 a corner for 265/35 18's.... For that price i find it hard to justify a better tyre for what effectively is a street weeekend car that i don't really drive in the wet. Interesting to see what i do when the RSR's i have wear, and i need to find a replacement. A work mate of mine had RSRR's on his WRX are they wore eye wateringly quickly, like within 6 months of street driving. Now granted he has a very heavy right foot but i wasn't overly impressed that after 1 month, they had 20c piece chunks missing.... Realistically though i can't justify going up the price bracket, i don't drive the car often enough, the tyres will go hard before i wear them. I'd be going PS4's on a proper street car (daily). I will be putting them on the cube if i can get them in the correct size for the new rims. -
i'd chose Forza 100%
-
^^ Like i said, the only thing against project cars is it has a relatively small car list that you can drive. They don't have a GTR for example. HOWEVER Forza 6 will have more options... Looking at Forza 6.... you can get: 1969 Nissan Fairlady Z 432 And i can confirm you can put this v8 in it: 325 hp / 350 torque 5.7L V8 (Chevy Camaro '02) From there you can mod it further. That might be as close to your car as you will get.

new singles are NOTHING like that. New singles have better response than twins.

Oh also... I am the 1st person in history that after not having HICAS for years, loves the feel of it now that i have it. Legit cannot understand why people lock it out, i can understand removing it for the weight, but the car has so much more direction above 80km/h. -
A good BW EFR series single will get you there quite nicely.
-
-5's will make 450kw at the wheels on E85. That is realistically the only option for twins at those power levels, though being American -7's probably make 550hp over there considering how stupidly high your dynos read out. Listen to GTSBoy he knows his shit. Realistically anything more than a good -7 setup (which is effectively what you currently have) you may as well go a single, it will out perform the twins in every way, more power, response, and less shit to go wrong. If you want that soft of power, you would have to be an idiot to keep the twins.

So it had a good check over, a couple of little long term things that need addressing but nothing major. Overall pretty happy. Fixed a few things and the car is driving beautifully, it's amazing when little things can make the world of difference. Next will be sway bars i suspect. -
