  1. Go the grey, much nicer IMO.
  2. Back in the corner crutchless wonder! Even though you might be right :laughing-smiley-014:
  3. Mate I have to disagree there, this has to be the most non clicky fun club I have been in. I have been members of other car clubs here and in the UK and if you don't have certain mods done to the car, if it isnt similar to other members cars, you don't get a look in. The common ground this club comes together on is what makes it so great, more a social club with an emphasis on cars. I was made to feel welcome by many people and now try and do that myself if there are other newbies.
  4. That blipping of the accelerator note sounds very similar to the Industrie 360 we saw at Eastern Creek, awesome but so loud! Good links Team Pink. :sorcerer:
  5. Who did you talk to with the yellow vests on with the SAU logo? Did you introduce yourself to people as someone who wanted to join the club and find out more about it? Just because people don't talk to you, doesnt mean they mean to be rude or dislike you in anyway. I can be quiet before a few drinks but I don't think any less of people, just can be shy. From the pics, committee had the yellow vests on and would have helped you. Come along to a club meet at the Bells and identify yourself to a committee member and you will find it very different. As a tip, if you are with someone, you are less likely to be approached than if you are on your own.
  6. Mav must be going for a record, he also wasnt lobsterfied last weekend at DECA! Sorry I couldnt make it, looking forward to seeing some pics and catch up soon
  7. Sent.
  8. Just come to an event, then not only will you be able to put a face with a name but a car also. Join SAU and come along, we were all in the same boat at one point and each event brings multiple new people, let the next one be yours.
  9. Well done Chris on getting them done (and Min no doubt! ) Are you compiling a separate one for the Championship? Some great results in there and much happier with mine. If I had matched the time of my DNF with my second run, I would have been significantly higher in the overall results. Good to be able to see where I have to improve, previously I was giving max effort but not getting the times. Well done to Dan especially and looks like his punishment is he has been renamed "Daneil"
  10. Awesome pics Sarah! Well done! I don't remember several of those from the evening! LOL!
  11. BSB Account No Account Name Bank Name (peace of mind) Get them to give you the receipt number/lodgement number when they do it.
  12. These guys were seen pondering the whereabouts of their missing brother:
  13. That is awesome mate, well done and thanks! Do you have it hosted anywhere that I could steal it from for my collection of DECA vids by any chance?
  14. Very nice Aston Martin followed me from Brighton along Beach Rd this afternoon. Convertable but not sure of model. Love the front indicators. Couple of E63 Mercs in the same stretch too, my new favourite 4 door sedan over the E55!
  15. The Evo won you over then Leewang
  16. Ace footage Matt, well done Did you get any of mine on the skid pan at the end of the day doing doughnuts
  17. Big thank you to the organisers again, another very smooth and professional event. Personally I found a couple of the afternoon courses a bit tricky to remember with the heat and lack of concentration but had a great time none the less. Semi comps certainly make a huge difference which enabled me to put down some respectable times on the Long Wang. Was also good to try the skid pan with all the rubber on which made for some quite interesting sessions. Last night was big and still feeling off from it! Was a shame not to see so many people at Taco Bills as usual and well done to Dan, Jenna and Zee for still coming to the restaurant before the drive home. Big thank you again for another tops weekend to all involved
  18. Irish sounding and coloured company using an Irish sounding sub contractor Sorry to hear Ant as 10 mins of rushing by someone on their job/not doing it well enough causes seemingly endless grief for the innocent party. Hope you get it sorted and well done to Mick for picking up on it. I hate to think how you would have found out otherwise, most likely a leaking car in the rain/car wash with little or no come back from there.
  19. Happy Birthday Chrisman. Have a good one
  20. Assuming you can say, where abouts are you? Welcome along anyway and join up SAU for some great events. DECA this weekend if you get the time off up at Shepparton
  21. I can't
  22. Welcome aboard, join up with SAU VIC so you can come to some club events. I am sure someone will have those parts to lend. If it was an Evo, I could help
  23. Happy Birthday mate
  24. West won't know what's happened to SAU with 2 porn related threads with porn related words in them. Probably rubbing his hands together now as I type! Yeah sell it although am thinking this thread is here as no one dare approach him about it! Now the 34 is back and running, would be good to see what it can do next season unless Ferni is the one who wants it
  25. West and too much of his Vegetable porn have corrupted his mind. When I saw the title, I thought it was Vic invading SA but alas not. Melbourne is definately the better city so can't blame you lot for planning a trip over
