  1. Happy Birthday Bec for yesterday. Hope you had a good day, was offline all day and I only just saw this and facebook
  2. The British Police have had many many performance cars over the years particularly different counties where street racing etc was more prevelent. ^^ That "photoshopped" Evo doesnt look too disimilar to how I would expect one of the FQ range to look out of the UK.
  3. Very nice millennium jade 34 GTR in St Kilda earlier today around 12pm ish just off Beach Road.
  4. Hi All Not a Skyline but having been an SAU member for several years, I thought it worth posting up here also. Due to a change in circumstances with work, my car unfortunately has to be moved on and fairly quickly. I spent 3 months looking for an MR and eventually settled on this one that most users will know as Just JDM's old one (Ryan) who is the main Evo man on Evo Oz for modified parts. Since owning it, I have put on new rear rotors, new Techsport blue pads all round, a Blitz Nur Exhaust and had the front bar and bonnet resprayed. The Do Luck lip has also been relaquored. I have done barely any km's in the car and it does need new tyres which I will work a deal with the buyer. Current KM's sit at 46,***. The car will come with 10 months rego on it and standard issue plates. This car has been a faultless vehicle with much time and money spent completing this project. It is an FQ400 replica with 240KW at the wheels dynoed on the stock exhaust (sheet available). No expense has been spared on this car and it will not disappoint the new owner. Any inspection welcome. Looked after by Techsport in Melbourne who are reknowed as the best Evo house in Victoria. Price - $44,600 Or Best Offer - 0402 325 775 - Alan I will consider trades plus cash my way but my primary reason for sale is for something cheaper so no performance cars or junk please. I am after something as a price guide around the $10,000-$15,000 mark. Any questions please either PM or post up. I would rather this went to someone who is going to enjoy it for what it is as these are all bolt on mods making very healthy power. 5. Thanks mate, I saw you move out to pass and didnt notice the SAU stickers until I was turning off. Nice car you have too and not sat on my tail like others do Also spotted a black 33 GTST going the other way on Alexandra Parade with SAU stickers
  6. Very dark grey Lambo followed me along Alexandra Parade, he gave it a squirt as he went past then turned into the dealership on Chapel St. Had trade plates on, looked like the new dark grey one I have seen pics of floating around in Europe but could be wrong.
  7. Very interesting read and good to see members putting up this info. Am impressed with how thorough the report is and the price is a small one for what could have been a lemon in your hands.
  8. Happy Birthday mate. Hope you have a good dinner tonight. Happy Birthday Liz
  9. awesome mate, well done. Living up to the standard of not doing things by half! Catch you soon.
  10. we used to run a few trucks on biodiesel. For work that can't be done by inhouse mechanics, the trucks generally go back to the manufacturer in my experience. Haven't ever seen a truck dyno though so would be interested to see one if they exist
  11. ^^ Out of interest, what happens to this person now being on that kind of visa? Do they feel the full wrap of the Australian law, are the deported and serve time over there? I am fortunate enough not to have to travel on suburban roads living fairly close to work and walking a lot of places of weekends so miss a lot of that type of driving, however have seen more than enough over the years. RIP to the deceased
  12. Happy Birthday both of you, hope you had a great day
  13. Burgundy 33 in Port Melbourne at about 11am today with SAU stickers. Big wing and SST or TSS I think on the rego. Heading to Beach Road.
  14. Thanks and also Khunjeng. It isnt an "official" FQ400 but has virtually all of the goodies on it and makes more power than a stock FQ400.
  15. Happy Birthday guys, have a great day and see you both soon for some beers
  16. A few more from the day Thanks Russ Great pics so far from the day too
  17. Couldnt see a thread so thought I would start one, thanks to Ash for organising the cruise today. Met some new people as with most SAU events and had a great time despite the weather. Amazing to find Lauren's parents from 20 minutes up the road from my parents place back in the UK! Thanks to Mav for co-piloting also Will upload some more tomorrow, off out now. A few pics:
  18. I have known Nathan for a number of years through the skyline club and is currently my housemate so can vouch for the care this car receives. It has been parked with my car for nearly 12 months now and is only driven on absolutely dry days. It has never been to a car park in the time I have known it and lives under a car cover in the basement. This is much loved car and THE cleanest and most cherished of any car I know, let alone GTR skyline. I used to enjoy my concourse shows with my car many years ago and my competitors didnt even look after thier cars this well! Inside and outside are immaculate, any inspection will prove this. Genuine seller and reason for sale. Stunning example of a 33 GTR.
  19. For those that don't know, I work for the parent company of the national distributor of V-Power Racing amongst other fuels and other customers. I am emailed daily of the locations for delivery the next day and also the amounts of ethanol we collect etc. Whilst V-Power Racing is still being delivered, I am happy to help fellow SAU'ers who are after the 100 RON.
  20. So if I got a load of Ethanol from work and Shell 98, what is stop us making our 100. I know where the Ethanol is picked up each day. It may sound obvious but is there anything to prevent us doing that e.g terrorists and ethanol etc?
  21. 2 more - GTIARR and myself. Both fees coming from my account.
  22. Silver S2 GTST on Riversdale Rd, near Camberwell Junction at about 1pm today. Think the plate started with TSN. Had SAU stickers on the quarters.
  23. Happy Birthday Juz, hope you had a great day
  24. Ace, thanks dude

    Car Storage?

Is this the "mate" with the haunted house? If so, you need to drive it Al, it has been off the road far too long already! If it is for a mate, I will also check out the members section as I missed that announcement and could be handy.
