Hey Al I was at the back of the que at the on ramp but by the time we had all filtered on it was only Chris, and they guys in the R32 and me left in sight!Lol! The three of us just cruised together until the accident. I have one more pic of the aftermath so will put that up. Zul posing! Mate I knew with 99% certainty that was going to be your question, the other 1% hoped you had seen something similar! We painted it about 5 1/2 years ago and lost contact (he is back in the UK). I can see if I can find some online pics of it somewhere as it was quite popular. Run to the Sun is the big VeeDub thing over there so I will have a look round that. Was a fantastic shade. I seem to remember it having something to do with either Amercian vehicles (cars/bikes) or beetles. Will see if I can find something but I am sure it was not a custom colour.

Am going to try and get to Mega Mart by the start time as I'm dropping friends at the airport. If not I will meet everyone down there.

Had a friend in a similar situation who was going to go for Candy Apple Red on his old beetle he had restored. At the last moment he changed it and we ended up with Metallic Morrello Cherry. Awesome colour and a fair bit deeper than Candy Apple, nearer burgundy.

The Bells are very much "for" Skylines. When I spoke to the owner initially he had a mate with one and they also host other car club meetings like the RS club. There is a fair bit of parking but just double check the times on the signs and it is mainly angled, street parking. They are all offices around there and not too many residences.

My g/f saw that at the weekend and asked why that was there. Anyone know the deal with it? Anything like the Testarossa kitted MR2's?

Was a great turn out of Skylines I thought. Saw a few of you under the umbrella next to Leewahs car. Only recognised Adz and Leewah. Saw James' hat under Golgo with some red writing on I seem to remember. Got some pics so I will post them up later when I have finished uploading them to photobucket.

Had mine on a temp road certificate and believe that included 3rd party cover. That was Vic though. Check the fine print on the documentation

Fantastic pics there! Did you know someone there to get to that many locations with cars? If not how did you find out about all the dfferent scenes/locations etc?

I have done this although mine came under the 15 year rule but came with me when I emigrated. Let me know if you need any advice although mine was from the UK and not the US.
