We had a Novice Comp in October, there were 44 competitors and between 200-300 spectators during the day With the lifting, the girls this week Heidi benched 90kg@66kg Rebecca benched 70kg@60kg Sussy benched 80kg@58kg Rebecca squatted 140kg@60kg Sussy squatted 135kg@58kg Vicki benched 60kg x 3 @ 60kg Vicki squatted 110kg x 2 @ 60kg Arrione squatted 115kg x 5 @ 70kg, no wraps no belt Arrione clean and pressed 60kg x 3 Arrione deadlifted off 7.5cm blocks 170kg Ebony deadlifted 105kg @ 16yo Ebony squatted 80kg @ 16yo Katie squatted 90kg x 5 no belt no wraps With the guys, we now have 3 that have deadlifted 300kg+, Jack 310kg, Zoran 305kg, Dan 300kg. PTC Canberra will be open shortly, equipment has been ordered/purchased, searching for a suitable location Another PTC around Cairns next year The boys at PTC Perth are looking at a opening a few more, surrounding Perth We may have another north of Brisbane in 2014

  8. I'm guessing you guys have never been around Elite athletes I have Shane Naylor competing in my novice comp in 2 weeks, any chance I'm going to ask him about AAS? Its a stupid question, period.

  10. That picture of Dan Green is him right after weighing in at 100kg, he was closer to 120kg when he came out in June He's back in November competing in the 110kg class at ProRawFive in our gym

  13. Well you'll need a minimum of 12 weeks to get worthwhile results, and you'll need lots of calories. Thats why I was asking, it may be counterproductive to your current goals

    We get this a lot. Strip the weight back to an empty bar and do the movement correctly, only adding 2.5kg per session Looking for another exercise to improve squat is not needed. We dont have an abductor machine at PTC, I post all our vids up, no ones knees are folding in currently, but if you look back, way back, you will find some
  18. Thousands of times. We used to have pure cardio sessions on Tuesday and Thursday nights back in the garage. Not a crowd favourite lol

  20. Unfortunately it got watered down with extremely soft movements and the training effect was lost. Tabata burpees done properly is close to a war crime
  21. Wasn't Martins choice. His deadlift had stalled and Max decided to try sumo. Max also noticed that Martin had stopped front squatting. Up until Nats, Martin trained himself, he went into Nats with the 2nd highest total at PTC, came out with the 7th highest, all those in front had been trained by Max, so he asked Max to train him. His results will be skewed by the fact he has added bodyweight, so were not going to sit here and make outlandish claims BUT he went into Nats with a 685kg total and went 687.5kg in the same weight class. First thing Max did was to get Martin front squatting again and to have a program for him. I think Martin will go close to 730kg at ProRawFive. The reason Max switched his deadlift was to take advantage of his levers, Marty has long arms He is currently the only PTC lifter doing Sumo
