Trust Twin Rb26 Td06 20G Setup $2000
Shoota_77 replied to Althotas's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Sir. After gazing at your curly bits, you are most certainly exhonerated from any liability after yanking yourself over those pipes, they're horn!! What sort of revs do those fat boys kick in at, 14,000rpm??? When Spool bring out their RB38 stroker kit that they're working on that should bring them in a bit earlier. Any dyno figures of results? -
Last bump before remaining stuff goes into storage (the bin!) This is what's left- K&N M's Intake Piping. Probably need new filters. Comes with 2X genuine Jecs air flow sensors and plugs. $25. Ski chains for 14-18" Wheels. See picture for exact sizes they fit. Why hire?? $25. Genuine mats, pretty good condition, would come up good with a clean $25 FREE!!! Orignal Radiator. No leaks but probably needs a flush. $$Postage Only Brand new 80mm throttle body with weld on adapter (was purchased for SR20 but will work on other cars $125. Brand new 3" Weld in high flow cat 100 cell. $125

Couple of amazing cars mate, you're the envy of most people on here to have not one but TWO GT-R's!!! What the hell do you do for a job to afford them both? Something to do with mining no doubt!! Keep up the great work. -
Greddy/trust Sump Extension - Your Thoughts?
Shoota_77 replied to Shoota_77's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Did it properly....... Sent my sump to NZ today to be sent back looking like below. Looks like it should do the job. Holds about 9-9.5L. PM me if anyone wants details. Basically cost me $800 including freight both ways. Only one I've seen with such good cooling fins. -

If no one comes up with goods before tomorrow I've got my engine out at the moment so should be able to get pics for you. I know what you mean though, it's like spaghetti under there!! -
Exhaust looks a bit restrictive...... Bit heavy too. Shiny though.

Greddy/trust Sump Extension - Your Thoughts?
Shoota_77 replied to Shoota_77's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Hey guys, thanks for the info. Uwissh- Not trying to be a smartarse but my post above yours is pretty clear about the welding. If I do end up doing it, I'll see how my alloy tigging skills are and I might make an additional side section to replace the baffled bit on the side on the std sump. I'll make it then get it welded on by a pro. I bought the alloy to do for all of $5 from the scrap metal joint the other day. It's 4mm thick so should be strong enough. Where do you stop money wise??? That's always a consideration. I intend to track the car once I eventually get it back together but it might be 2, maybe 3 times a year max. I know it only takes one gut full of air to kill the whole engine but it's risk versus expense i guess! I'm a poor man playing in a rich mans game..... -
Greddy/trust Sump Extension - Your Thoughts?
Shoota_77 replied to Shoota_77's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Seems pretty cheap to me. $425 delivered. Unless you just got a fabricator to make one and hope it works you're looking at well over $1000 change over for any of the recognised guys to do one (Hi Octane, Mercury, etc). I'd do the cutting and just get it tigged somewhere that specialises in ali welding. Should only add $200 max extra. -
Greddy/trust Sump Extension - Your Thoughts?
Shoota_77 replied to Shoota_77's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Apparently the instructions that come with it are in Japanese which makes life a little hard! -
Hey guys, I'm thinking about welding on a Greddy/Trust sump extension while the engine is out of my car. Has anyone done one and have any feedback on it? Does it make engine refit a prick? Was it difficult to get it to lined up for welding? Any feedback would be awesome. Very little info on here or the web. Cheers, Ewan.

Installing Bosch 1000Cc Injectors To Rb26
Shoota_77 replied to HKS-R33's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Just unplug it then bridge all of the wires together. I just soldered 7 wires together then put pin terminals on the ends and plugged them back into the original connector. -

What Wheels Look Better On My Gtr?
Shoota_77 replied to Marko R1's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
The Axis look terrible. I'd be happy to take them off your hands! Just kidding, the Axis look awesome! The 34 GTR wheels would look better in a different colour on a silver car I think? -

Wanted - R33 Gt-R Performance Clutch (Pull Type)
Shoota_77 replied to Shoota_77's topic in Wanted to Buy
Sorry, should have mentioned that the car is making 315kw at the wheels so needs to be a pretty decent clutch. Prefer to go twin plate otherwise I'll probably stick with my current clutch but whack a new plate in it. Cheers.- 13 replies

Hey guys, had intended to buy a new Nismo Coppwermix twin plate but funds have rapidly evaporated so just looking to put something a bit cheaper in for now while I've got the engine out replacing a smashed oil pump (no really, on an RB26 I hear you say? That's rare.). Yes, I know it will probably cost me in the long run but can't justify a big spend at the moment. Ideally a secondhand Coppermix would be perfect but they're probably a bit new to be many around. I've got an unknown brand uprated clutch in it at the moment could be Jim Berry or similar (has 499 written on it if that narrows it down??) so the alternative is just putting a new friction plate in it for now and upgrading properly later. But anyway, let me know what you have! Thanks.

I had good success with an apartment in Kensington a few years back. They''ve held their value pretty well but softened a little. Very likely it'll have more room to grow in the near future. Footscray HAS TO boom at some point. Has inflated but still has massive room to grow. Seddon has, Footscray has to! That's my insignificant input!

Is that the biggest piss take of all time or what? Who could seriously think that it looks even remotely good? Makes me hungry though....
