Ok, so im in auckland nz, with a 96 s2 25t. What oil should i use? There are so many different options, and everyone says something different :S What i need is someone to say "da da da xx-XXW" and i will be really happy and im sure my car will be very grateful.

what other mods you got man? what kind of performance increase do they give you?

lol, but thenn i have to try and collate all the information, its eaiser to ask why i should buy one or the other you could say search to people about every topic, and most of the searched threads are not applicable to their situation.

I was thinking about getting a engine management system for my 96 gts25t. Can someone please explain the difference between a PRC, and a link/mines ecu? which am i better off getting? and which model? I know the pfc can also control boost, but can the others? and what are the advantages of getting one over the other? Thanks guys

i know theres already a thread, but its got confusing. i ahve a 96 gts25t with just a pod and exaust. is it worth the money? a yes or no will suffice thanks.

The problem with my car was that mag and turbo had given me a shit pod filter. After spending 1.30hours in st hitech in new market, having changed the sparkplugs and ****ed around for ages they installed a apexi pod instead of the shit one that mag and turbo had put in, it was only 30$ more. The whole exercise cost me 420 including pod and sparkplugs (my old spark plugs were crap). Costly to say the least. What we can learn: -Mag and turbo are useless -St Hitech kick ass -Apexi duel funnel > all at least mag and turbo gave me my money back after much persuasion.

i had this weird switch under the dash in my r33, and i wondered for ages what it did. turns out its an aftermarket "dulche" horn. hahahaha. one side it makes a long parrrp noise. the other its just normal. nuts.

mm i thought it made a little too much noise to be 3.5psi :S

so you dont think it is the afm? but what i cant understand is that fact that it only happens once per gear and not all the time, mabye you gurus are right. i have already reset my ecu and that didnt help. would a miss be really violent?

I just had a POD installed on my 1996 GTS25T and now when i hit boost at about 4000-4500rpm it feels like you just slammed on the brakes then let them off and slammed ur foot on the accelerater. Its really violent. Is it possible that they have broken my afm because it didnt do this before they installed it? what other causes could there be. I have tried resetting my ecu but that didnt help. only other mod is a 3" cat back. Thanks.
