ThanX Adrian The motor is jacked up. The problem is my dad is getting to old to help me with gearboxes these days... Poor bloke almost expired under there this arvo so I called it off till I can find a strong lad to help out

Silva33 is right.. the thrust bearing will make a noise when your clutch is engaged (i.e foot off the clutch) That sounds more like a gearbox bearing dude..

ThanX Stacey... I was looking at that flywheel and was going to buy it for the weight, but lucky it didnt fit and I bought the other one available via SAU.. I must say that John and the whole team at SAU are a great help and I will be dealing with them in the future... Now if I could lift the box back in on my own, or if my dad wasnt so old now.. I remeber me and him lifting boxes in and out all the time..

Had the flywheel and pressure plate balance and pulled out my gearbox today... changed the spigot and fitted the new clutch I cant get the box back in now... Not because of clutch alighnment.. Im just to week to lift it back in... If anyone has a free day tomorrow and would like to help

Hi rb25Installing these ECU's is very easy. Disconnect the battery first then un-plug your stock ECU and plug the PFC in is place. re-connect the battery and turn ignition on, then go to ETC on the hand controller and and select Re initi data. You will also need to turn off the boost control setting in ETC other wise the check engine light will come on all the time. Unless you have the deticated boost conroller Thats pretty much it...

What are you saying Chris? This clutch is no good? speak of the devil, I seen Brendan heading up that way just as I was leaving...
