  1. You forgot the mention the flocks and flocks of rainbow lorekee that flys around at dawn time too if too early
  2. It might help the sale if you are able to organise compliance as well (with an est. cost of compliance on top of your price)... otherwise its going to be quite hard to sell.. Good luck with the sale.
  3. Which section of sunnybank? Market Sq carpark? or plaza? And since its skyline only, I'll just drive through, park somewhere close and come over to check out what some lines have to offer these days
  4. Yes.. but one of them didnt have an alarm or immobiliser installed... not sure about the others tho.
  5. In QLD it has happened to my friend's ute, someone rear ended him and he inturn was pushed to the car infront. He ended up paying for the car in front and the person that rear ended him paid for his repair. So in this case I would assume that the OP's GF would have to pay for the damage... 12k seems a bit steep on repairs, but it is a BMW and since the BMW is not at fault (like some guys here said) the BMW dude would pile everything on the accident and also panel beaters will go sweet "extra $$$". Also depends on where the car was repaired too.. if its a prestige place.. 12k is probably normal for the work shop.. Seek legal advise like some people here say and see what they say. Other points you should consider include the following: 1) how fast was your gf driving? 2) did your gf admit to fault on the spot? If she did who was it infront of other than the BMW driver? Regardless of the outcome be prepared to pay as it is your fault for not having insurance to start with (hash but it is a reality) and your gf breaking too late in the wet......
  6. Take that to Jaycar and see if they have a direct replacement
  7. Well there is one thing for sure.. on a full car write off JC used to be very good with sending the cheque On repairs tho, the approved repairers are just shithouse... If you live on the gold coast there is one place I would definitely recommend all imports to stay the hell away from. PM me if you like the name. Funny that I have exactly the same treatment from shannon when I ask for a quote on an imported S15. The most wasted 15minutes of my whole life talking to some rude bugger that I was even considering giving them business to start with. Havent checked out Vigil yet, have anyone had any experience with them on repair claims or write off claims?
  8. On a serious note, there are always going to be crime everywhere.. people that have had their car stole.. a few question tho, did you get a reasonably good immobiliser/alarm? Have you made sure you park where you think are the safest possible location? Have you locked your car? They are very simple things to do and possibly to forget (hell I forget sometime). I live on the gold coast too and have had an old shitter get broken into before (at the front of my house and the bastard came back twice), but that was in labrador close to the aldi. I'm nerver going to live there again unless I have a double garage with the cars safely inside. Like someone said... if you like to look after your car, you need at a bare minimum get a reasonably good immobiliser/alarm installed by a reasonable good installer. Always lock your car (even if it gets hot out there, shit its better to wait for car to cool down with a/c then coming back with no car). Always remember if someone really want your car bad, well there is shit all you can do as along as you have insurance.

  13. Just updated the main page to clear some confusions. The car is currently registered until DEC 2006 this year, the sale price will not include RWC so the car will be sold unregistered.
  14. How does this work? I dont imagine the characters created on this private server would be transferable to the blizzard servers later on ?
  15. The K's is in the original post + ~10km if that, I just run it once a week and drive it abit to make sure the car and battery is good. I have updated the original post with the lowest price I can go.
  16. No problem mate. On swap nah I already have another car, I rarely drive this car as it is. I'll let you know if the situation changes. Easier if you like to inspect the car (unless you live interstate), too many people already wasted my time. I dont own a digital camera so everytime I have to take pics, I have to ask and borrow one.
  17. location ?
