Hrmm.. this is quiet interesting.. I have been told that to do a ECU reset (at least for a R34 GTT), disconnecting the battery dont do crap this is due to something about an open circuit. To reset the ECU someone has to actually "plug into" it to reset it and have been told that this cost ~$80 ? I have read alot of articles, etc., but has yet seen a car in real life that the prescribed reset ECU procedure (by disconnecting battery) works.

100% on boost? oooooo I would like to see it.. Could it be that these ppl is saying that you hit boost all the time? Hrmm... dang.. From memory. I get close to 300ks per tank and tats hammering it every now and then (well. .often). Tho mine is a R34 GTT tho and even this car is costing me a fortune to run.... Hell fun tho and the wastegate noise is awesome.

Hello all, Just have a couple of questions in regards to standard interior... 1) What is the material that is used in a standard R34 GTT? ie.. seats n side trims, etc (tho mainly seats) ? 2) What sort of products would you recommend (or not recommend) to get off the shelf to clean stains off it? I have some stains that needs to be removed (due to someone sittin in me car in stained overalls.. ). PS. Not sure if this is the right section.. if not please kindly move the correct section. Sorry my friend.. alot of BOV is illegal.. especially the atmosphere ones.. you can be defected for causing excessive noise or noise polution. Pod I was told was illegal too. but you normally wouldnt get done for it.. but if your being smart to the officers.. then you can also get booked for it.

Well.. I can say from personal exprience. if you dont want hassles then dont get a skyline (sorry to other peoplez). I have been a good with police for a long time.. till I get me skyline.. mine stands out a lil bit and believe me.. if something is eye catching.. you will be pulled over sometime or another wether you drive safely or not. And there is no such thing as no defect cars, if the cops wants to defect you.. they will.. Its all bs you might think.. but that $%^& has happened to me twice already. Having said tat.. I'm still keeping me skyline tho.

Serious II has more torque.. as far as I can tell... The guys are pretty much on the spot.. you'll be looking at mid 30s. As to genuine kilometers sometime it is posible (if your lucky), but yer go with the condition and the kilometers if you can.

Ok.. well for starters.. get full comp insurance and a good immoboliser alarm.. if you are scared ppl takin off with your car. Any car can be stolen.. unless you have guards next to your car 24/7 Well.. the chance of it being stolen is very very low.

Hrmm.. cyrus or the owner of the silver skyline.. I hope those are not aftermarket blue parkers you have.. coz if it is.. b prepared to get a fine if you get pulled over by a traffic officer.. the same wif the neons too If you have no idea what I mean, I suggest you get a copy of the latest car modification guide and look for the word blue. Just a lil word of warning.

Hell no way I am going anywhere near that place atm.. have a look at some of a particular threat on boostcruising.. Go there if you have spare $$ and points or if you are a lawyer specialising in road rules and looking for some court action.

Hrmm.. sorry to hear whats happened to you dude, but why are you asking other people to justify why you should purchase a skyline? If you cannot afford a skyline then dont buy one, simple as that isnt it? PS. I would hate to have the same thing happen to me, but personally would not post a threat on a forum asking people about justification for me to purchase a skyline. If I can afford I buy.. if I cant afford I dont buy simple. Just me 2c worth.
