Hit the rev limiter on me GTT for a short time.. oops.. :| But friend of mine reckons its a very sweet sound.. As to the original post.. not sure about the exact diff between the two turbos.. but was told that the standard R34 turbo can take 1bar normally no problem. Tho cant say I'm gamed to do it atm.

Hello all, Though I'd posted this yesterday.. didn't see it today... anyway what sort of maintenance do you guys do for FMIC, assuming you have a FMIC and no grills in front of it. With "dents" in the FMIC can you actually bend them back straight again? or will they just break off when bend back? PS. Still learning as usual..

A while back I was looking at a S15 and I asked for an insurance quote from Shannon and the dude was pretty rude on the phone and was wasting my time.. Mayb its just me, but Just Cars and Famous has offered northing but good phone service to me so far., even tho Famous was going to slam me with close to 5k for insurance.. Weird.. ah well.. I'm happy with Just Cars atm

From my preception the R34 back seat has a lil bit more leg room than a 33 2 door. *shrug* Come and check it out next time you see me, that way you can tell me if its spacious or not as well. PS. Hrmm. its a very good question jmp82 even I dont know... The front bar I was lead to believe is a hybrid gtr front bar, the side skirt and the rear bar.. not sure.. but have seen that design on another 34 before.

Hrmm. ok.. cause I got a quote from a 3M place at brissy and it was from memory for $300 or less and all that "device" has is two anodes and connects to the car battery(think that is what the person told me). Supposely instead of gettin rust occurring on whereever it is, it occurs on the anodes instead. Every so often you will have to clean up the anodes, but after a while you will need to replace these anodes. This is how I remembered the explanation, sorry I aint very good at remembering things word by word. But 895? Geezez.. If the paint protection is from MING, then definitely dont bother cause when I had it for my last car the annual "service" is nothing more than just a re-apply or sound deading for me, even tho I have the protection works. (I just happen to be watchin them doing the "service" through the work shop window, quiet a few times). Just give the car a regular wash and once every 2 or 3 months give it a good polish (I used meguiars clear coat safe polish) and the other stuff I mentioned.. She'll be shiny and good for a while. Well. cept the annoying stone chips.
