Hello all, A while back I found a post which someone was kind enough to provide a url that has a list of english instruction manual for various pivot products. Unfortunately I (for some strange reason) cannot find that port nor the url now, could someone kindly reply with the url or the post which contains the url? I'm after the english instruction manual for the pivot lazy eye controller.

From memory EBC is illegal, however dont take my word for it either call DOT and ask them or check out the modication document (you should find the link performing a search).

Are you upset over something erin? this is probably the first time I have seen these type of comments from yourself, or am I wrong in stating the obvious? As for the meeting spot for GC people, I suggest the person that knows how to get to the final meeting spot from GC make the decision. Which aint rod or me btw...

Strutto... First of all it is a bad thing to list the rest of the defects on your vehicle on a public forum, as its been known that they actually "trawl" forums. See NS about a guy got nailed for a FCON V a/m computer which he proudly declared and then got defected by a cop later. Windscreen... I would ask for a clarification ? IE. why is it not ADR? do you have stickers or something on the windscreen? or have you got a big crack on it? About the wing.. If it is within the body of the car (not from one side mirror to the next but the actual body of the car) then you can get it cleared very easily from a good DOT. I said good DOT coz the one that is near me is useless. The one at Zilmere was the best I found, if its close to you. The 5mm radius is the nasty one which most of the people will get nailed for, as alot of alumium type wing dont have 5mm end plates.. As to what you have mentioned about the self cleared defect when you didnt do anything about... if you did do something about it, you would have receipts to prove that it was fixed. I have had the same problem with me old GT wing before, so I've gone through all this crap... Oh yeah.. the wing defect was $75, 1 point loss and self clearance as well..

BP ultimate is definitely the way to go on QLD, I aint too clear on the optimax issue but mechanic told me do not run optimax on any turbo car due to a few very very bad experiences.

Hrmm.. I'm sorta with Ska on my personal experience.. I had a 34 GTT checked by them and it was very thorough from my opinion and yes I have had the report double checked by my local mechanic when the car was in for the first major service. My report was done at eight mile plains and was pretty much spot on... Not sure on the problem you guys are having, but they do have a complain department. How about calling them up and express your concern/issues, at the very least they know what your concerns are. A business cannot survice without feedback people. As to what you have mentioned 666DAN, don't you thinks its weird that if the manufacturer cannot fix the problem you would expect a 3rd party non-specialisted company to diagnose the problem?

Hrmm.. how about puttin up the guilty's rego plate so that other people is aware of these "elite" XR8 racers..
