  1. Hi everyone I've got a hardly used JJR ally rad for an R32 - I think GTST and GTR are the same - that I don't need anymore. It takes a bit of fiddling / shroud trimming to fit but nothing drastic. $250 ono to a good home. PM me if you're interested. Cheers Mark
  2. AFMs sold. If you can legitimately buy this stuff new for less feel free to PM me. Cheers
  3. Hi Brodie no head work needed to fit these cams Cheers
  4. what yellow sticker are we talking about? were you running the Q45 with a y piece or something similar to each turbo? Cheers
  5. does Vipec have limp-home mode?
  6. AFM sold pending payment

  8. saw that ute pulling someone over in dairy flat road. they also use/d a white RS Liberty.
  9. Tomei Poncams Type A still in box to suit R32 (and R33?) $850 inc registered postage. Sard Fuel Pressure Reg in box with fitting to attach directly to fuel rail $170 inc registered postage. Nismo AFMs x 2 to suit R32, R33 (and R34?) in box. They flow equivalent to a Z32 but are the same diameter as the stock units ie smaller than the Z32. $620 inc registered postage. Parts located in Canberra, pickup is available. A bit negotiable on prices, but not much as these are below replacement cost. Please no requests to 'PM me with your best price' etc what you see is it, if you're serious PM me and make an offer. No lowballs please I don't need to sell these parts they're just surplus to requirement right now and will just get more expensive as the Yen rises. Also if you can provide a genuine price from a retailer that is the same or lower, I'll beat it. Cheers
  10. Hi Kat Very Rucky! Well done. What's redline on the RB28? If you're still going with Greg for the build, the 26/30 he built is a gem after 15K in my car so good choice.
  11. I've used Lucas, Ferodo DS2500, Ferodo Premium and Project Mu NS while trying to find good street pads for an R32 GTR. In particular I was looking for good initial bite and overall feel. Ferodo Premium was awful, Lucas better but still didn't like them much, and while I liked the Ferodo 2500 because I knew they woud stop when I stood on the pedal, they lacked the initial bite I was looking for. The Projec Mu was my pick, great initial bite and sensitivity, and good feel. Price was a pleasant surprise too but can't remember exactly how much from Racer Industries in Qld. Can't comment on dust yet but hey, if a GT3/Lambo /F430 looks good with blackened front rims so does my car... Cheers
  12. i'm going to the US next week. hope to chase down some leads there.
  13. Hi Phunky how are you going with your order, can i ask what price they quoted you landed? i assume you went for the 332mm kit? Cheers
  14. Thanks Roy, what I should've said was the dimensions of Brembo and Stoptech rotors are the same so you can use Brembo calipers with Stoptech rotors etc. I've got some F40 calipers and wanted to mate them to Stoptech 355 2 piece rotors and adapters for $1295 US...bargain...but I'm not keen on the $450 US freight charge they want, seems ridiculous at 30% of the cost of the parts. Is that 3 sets then?
  15. I've looked into Stoptechs and would get them asap if I could find a cheap source, particularly since they are comptible with a lot of Brembo stuff including rotors, pads and adapters. The figures above total $3000, if you can get 355mm Stoptechs for less let me know and I'll go in with you to negotiate a better price for 2 sets if you decide you want them also! Last time I checked with the local distributor it was way over $3k, but maybe things have changed They sell for $2695 in the US, which is great since the $ is so high, but freight is a killer. Cheers
  16. the only problem I found with using the stock lines is that when I changed the turbos while in the car it all turned to cr@p and I couldn't get the lines to fit properly again. a mate made up some 38mm stainless spacers on his to lower the turbos to stock height and it has worked really well. allowed him to use the stock lines, airbox and a whole bunch of other hardware really easily.
  17. r33 has a small canister on one of the metal fuel lines running under the front of the plenum, i think it's the return. r32 fuel rail has two tabs / tangs on the rear for mounting the lower section of the loom plugs, r33 has one front and one rear. only R34 has red cam covers.
  18. and then there's the merging lane at Fyshwick that comes up beside the overpass when heading into the city from Newcastle street. i keep missing the sign that says 'if you're on this merging lane remember it's up to the 20 cars on the dual carriageway doing 80km/h to merge with you. yes, although it's your lane that disappears, take no notice!' or they could just stick a stop / give way sign on the dual carriageway itself. traffic in Vietnam is unlike anything else. just has to be seen...
  19. good to see common sense prevailing. as for the worms - oh cr@p, thought they were an exotic chinese noodle.
