  1. Just to add one more thing when dynoed at Bel Garage temp in the room was about 33-35c so these car pulls hard whether it be extremely hot or extremely cold. Dam i miss that car lol.
  2. Good luck with the sell Mr G, its sad to see that you need to sell it so soon. This is a awesome buy for a steal of a price, my brother was the pervious owner, hell if i had the money i would purchase it myself.
  3. I believe the exhurast temp was too hot...i got the same light in my cappa.
  4. Well good luck with the purchase...it just my opinion thats all And Happy Birthday go out there and get pissed.. (ofcourse if your not driving)
  5. I totally agree... and if i had a skyline at my age i know i wouldnt be here or have no licence, thats why i went for a slower rwd turbo being a cappuccino its got more then enough for what i use the car for. I just hope putty realises that young drivers shouldnt be steping up to something with heaps of power...youve got the crawl before you can walk.
  6. You will be looking at 2-3k for insurance...its about 2k full comp for my Cappuccino. (which is 660cc turbo) And im 18 been drivin since 2004 with no fines or accidents. Also have you considered getting a different car as a first having driving a R34 GT-T numerous times they are quick, and in inexperienced hands can be deadly. But then again its your dosh or your parents but its just my personal opinion. Also i believe registration is about $600-700.
  7. Im pretty sure to use the original gauges u would need a controller unit for it.
  8. Mate stick to a shitbox when your learning, i have and i am tell im atleast off my Ps then i will consider a jap import such as a skyline or 180sx. My brothers both have jap imports one being a r34 gt-t and a 180. Ive i would be to scared to own something that powerful since i so inexperienced, thats why im sticking to a shitbox charade. Even a old corolla or something thats cheap will do, there cheap on insurance and parts if you were to crash it. I remeber when i was 15 i thought the same thing until i got my licence then you realise your not responible for youself but others as well.
  9. I have to agree with everyone else stay away from skylines for the next 3 yrs, im also on my Ls gettin my Ps soon. Wait tell u get some more experience, TC is the R34 isnt really that great, especially when its raining (older brother has one) Stick to something N/A Like a Gemini or charade, if u want a import try a N/A S13.
