I had the same problem with my passenger side window. I replaced the control on the passenger side and the motor. Didnt fix it. I took apart the drivers side and passenger controls and cleaned them out with some spray, let them dry and havent had a problem since.

spotted some old dude in a white 32 GTR.. flashed my lights and he just stared at me.. damn old wipper snappers these days oh and some one in a commodore flashed their lights at my near carlingford . wasnt sure if it was a warning for cops or what but didnt see any :S
