you'll never cut and polish the marks out by hand best way
buy/borrow a cheap buffer there like $50 and always come in hand at some point..
buy a g-mop buffing pad buy them from most paint supply shops
and a bottle of 3m cutting compound

use 1200 wet to knock the top off any bad bits in the paint then use 2000 by hand wet just to take the harsh scratches from the 1200 out then hit it with the buff and pad makes the job super quick i use this every day of the week never fails
