  1. and was it off a gtr or gtst?
  2. short answer: No! in regards to buying a modified one...thats no better. i bought a huge lemon that was modified. found out the previous owner lied about half the parts that were on it and it ended up dying on me 3 times (clutch, engine, then turbos in that order). about 80% of the time i have had it, its been off the road. its hard to do your research if you havent owned a skyline (or any japanese sports turbo car) before as a lot of it means nothing to you. if back then, i knew what i know now, i wouldnt have bought the gtr. and that is my biggest regret.
  3. then dont put the top half of the seat in...or buy another seat. I will probably do that. But its only really cosmetics. It doesnt affect the seat
  4. different rear plugs so its only good for R33 GTR.
  5. you have to remove the back seat to fit it, but you can put the seat back in. not that easy to get back in though. i have a cusco t point cage and it is possible. however, it really destroys the shape (the foam) when you take it out again. having the rear cross bar made it worse for me.
  6. it actually uses it. you have to plug it into the ATTESSA comp. SO you can still manually change it but you can also go into normal mode.
  7. yup!
  8. i am pretty sure that if it says "each" then yes, he is willing to seperate
  9. how much did you pay for the key from just jap? i bought one from UAS but its the wrong key (ie for the newer nissans). i sent it back last week and waiting for a proper one or my money back.
  10. PM sent
  11. just go to search and type "commander"
  12. the problem doesnt neccessarily lie with the price of your car. The problem is the market has been completely flooded with GTR's (modded and stock) A lot of people bought some GTR's thinking they could make a quick buck, but they are having a hard time to make any real profit off it. for the price you are asking and for the mods done (the rebuild in particular)it is way below what it is worth in my opinion. i know cars are hard to make money off, but end of the day, you get what you paid for. people can buy a 'stock' GTR, but when that thing lets go (its only a matter of time), they will realise that it would have been easier AND cheaper to have spent more in the first place. This rule also applies to the R33 GTR's. you could always go another option and buy a stock 2nd motor and drop it in and then lower the price and try to flog off the motor seperately.
  13. Baby seat you say.......interesting

  18. serves him right. what a punk! HAHAHAAHAHA he copped it good...like a bitch! HAHAHAHAHA
  19. Price change. Need to sell gear ASAP as i am going overseas to study in about a month!
  20. is it going to be fibreglass? how will the rears be connected?
  21. the cost of maintaining, repairing, and owning a GTR has been covered numerous times. As for the price, i dont think it varies much in other cities. It all depends on the car (like mods, condition, previous history etc). Buying a 94 model wont mean its in a better condition than an 89 so dont be fooled into think cos its not as old it wont be prone to the same problems.
  22. Water pumps arent interchangeable either. Found this out the hard way as i had an R33 N1 water pump.
