you wont be able to get full comp due to the fact that it would be illegal for you to drive. also because you arent originally from australia that may prove an even bigger problem... my 2 cents, you should do a search on insurance I guarantee that their will be at least 20,000 different threads regarding it..... because every insurance thread is the same eg: i want a skyline but im having problems with insurance you should read them and it will answer every possible question known to man regarding this question that pops up every week. thanks.

it is slightly inaccurate according to those things they sometimes put at the side of the road to show you ur speed, i was doing approx 83-84km and it read on the sign thing 77km....

im pretty sure I already know the answer to this however I will ask just to make sure... on the r33(running standard boost) when your foot is to the floor, on the standard boost gauge where should the needle show a reading to? right up to the +7 or to the line which indicates approx 5. yours anwers would be greatly appreciated. what does it show on your cars?

oh yeah dont cut wire 53 unless you are going to install a switch in its place... for diagnostic reasons!!!

this is incorrect i think the cut is more towards 190-200km last week i went out driving with a friend in our r33s we hit the speed cut several times and the needle hit 180 i was waiting for the engine to cut out but it took another 5 or so seconds with my foot to the floor before the engine cut out. The needle went past the 180 and kept going till I'd imagine a little past 190 then the engine cut out... :uh-huh:

ive heard this before as well however ive also heard the auto is more prone to breakages! more repairs etc, the auto i was in went pretty hard

mine does the same thing, i just ignore it!

the 300zx is rated as one of the hardest cars to work on mechanically wise due to no space under the bonnet their isnt really and room to put your hand in....

it ends when the person in front decides not to go any faster and cant be bothered with it anymore!

you can probably make him feel "obligated" to help you if anything does, if not theres suffiecnt knowledge on these forums to give you all the help you need. heck the only thing these forums dont offer is insurance.
