you dont need a degree... come over on a working holiday and if you look hard enough teachenglishinjapan.com you can find a job easy...... all you need to do is get an apartment.... if you dont speak japanese or know anyone japanese apply for a job with nova ........ then when you get here work for them for a while then get a new job....

id just have a good time and see as many things as you can tourist wise while your here... the time it takes to `stuff` around looking and going to these places is very time consuming.... just buy parts off the internet and look at other stuff while ur here

i started with japanese for busy people but have since switched.... it doesnt really matter what book you get first its all going to be the same stuff really .... to begin with.

rezz.. i know how you feel ive set a maybe date of next april when my contract runs out at the public schools.... but i think at the same time if i move back ill miss speaking japanese and learning the langauge as much as I am(until my fiance moves to aus in august ) Not saying anything bad about anyone on here or in japan teaching english but you also dont wanna fall into the teaching in japan for most my life and now its all I can do Nova teacher crowd.... those people who always complain about their job, and japan but dont leave annoy me.

any car with a straight thought exaust... no muffler will be loud. When I owned a skyline and took it for a drive with 1/4 of the exhaust it was pretty loud.....
