gapping your plugs is when you adjust the distance of the gap on the base of the plug. There are tools you can buy, do it yourself its easy as pie. or any mechaninc anywhere can do it for you.

for $250 dollars id expect they do eveything check everything replace all fluids, check plugs, leads, all tyres rotate, pads if nec etc check for any leaks check all suspension, buches etc everything.. but im a little biased because i used to work as a mechanic... id also expect wheels balanced ......everything, but all that woulndt get done
