Performance: skyline = fun , laser = automatic Complaints: Parking and leaving my car is sometimes a little worrying. The laser is automatic I would like a 360 modena in red as my daily driver

1.) obviously it would be cheaper to sell your car and buy a turbo version however. 2.)you said you were after some more power you could always buy the 1997 rb26dett and put that thing in im not sure how much it would cost to install but running that thing on more boost etc compared to your n/a would feel like heaven

i heard this good story about someone i used to know who did this while they were staying in a caravan park. but didnt poke it down the drain. and when he opened the shower door to leave there was a guy waiting to use the shower. kinda sick really.

i think there has been a thread about this before but it was rather a long time ago.... i think the conclusions on it went like this. A. why do you need a turbo timer just dont drive your car hard for the last 2 minutes of your trip eg: off boost and you can turn the car straight off. 2. Why do you need a turbo timer just sit in the car for around a minute. 3. When you have been driving the car hard leave it going for around 1.5-2 minutes 4. just for normal driving eg: on boost now and again not driving hard 30 seconds if that... i might be wrong but those are what i remember. i personally leave mine on for 50 seconds , but when driving hard anything from 2 minutes to 1.30.

this is true but if i do get done it would be amusing to see the reasons why...

use the right tool for the job. if your talking about what i think you are use the correct sized socket with an extension bar. if its hard to undo use a larger ratchet eg: 1/2 in if its still hard just add a 1 meter pole to the handle of the ratchet and get a friend or someone to turn the pole whilst your holding on to the ratchet..... this can do wonders but i only generally encourage this to be done on the exhaust with impact sockets... oh and make sure if you do this your tools have a life time warranty for obvious reasons

oh god, i know but i was saying that basically it is the fastest 4cyc i had been in. and that the gear ratios appeared similar to the r33. 60km/h in 1st gear isnt to bad and not red lining, around 100 in 2nd gear not red lining isnt too bad either.. they are certainly better then any lancer, hyundai. my old lancer would do nothing near this, 1st gear would only get to around 30km and that was driving it hard!!. i know they arent as quick as our cars, maybe not horus' I was just interest in their specs to see what sort of power the produce. its alright though i'll keep looking.
