just interested in any who have stroked their rb26's with stroker kits, what sort of results and problems they have encountered and is it genuine reliable hp alternative to a big $$ custom 3 litre block of which i have heard are rather pricey.

Ronin6: you got the same problem as us bro by the sounds of things, i tried LAL's idea of removing the fuses and puttin them in again so far so good but wont really know if its worked for a few days as its irregular, i'll let you know though....by the way are you running an aftermarket ecu?????? almuru, you know yours might me a faulty g sensor, that kinda makes sense if its giving false reading and adjusting accordingly, i really dont know man thats weird but.....good luck dude....

ok , well today i tried the fuse thing suggested by LAL and no problems yet however fingers crossed cause sometimes its fine for a few days and then starts coming on again, Meshmash your an IDIOT mate dont yu know anything, SHITE man, only kidding bro your suggestion makes good sense to me but the tyres and wheels are pretty good i think, 17 inch volks with good tyres so i dont think thats it, but certainly keep it in mind... Demon : No the car does not ever appear to be in 2 wd mode despite the warning lights, so thats why i am thinking electrical fault but, have thought of bleeding the system, but i think if it was a case of fluid issues the car would in 2wd mode and spinning tyres like a bitch.. i'll keep this in mind though bro.. Amuru: sorry mate, i'm not sure i'm fast learning about ATTESSA myself, the r33 tends to send a lot of torque to the front anyway even when driving normally, i think the r32 tends to be more rear bias normally, if anything i would expect you to loose front drive if their were problems with maybe low fluid or something but gaing more front drive, sorry mate i'm buggered if i know but i'll keep an ear out for solutions...... LAL.... i'm looking at the fuses and i'm seeing a centre row of marked fuses, the third fuse down this row says 4wd-lsd which are the lights that are coming on so i'm gussing thhat this is the fuse you are talking about???? the 1st fuse says MAIN so i'm guessing its not that, the second one down says BLOWER so i'm guessing you mean the 3rd one down called 4wd-lsd?? i'll try this one, there is also a big blue fuse sitting by itself i dont what this does???? RB26dett i dont know what your talking about none of the computers in the back of my car have any LED on them and its a ATTESSA problem not a hicus problem, but thanks for the input, i'm not being sarcastic maybe your thinking of an r32??? cheers fellas,

MATEY you aint alone, we have a microtech in a gtr and it wont cold start either!!!! we have had our microtech lt12 altered and the idle control wired in and two performance workshops still cant get the thing to idle cold!!!!!!!1 so if you work it out let me know brother!!!! lol

thats a good figure, but thats about what i would expect for a r34, been nice and fresh and all:) we are gettin 257 rkw @ 1 bar on a r33 v spec, cooler,exahust and computer std airbox....std turbos...std engine....

ok, have checked fluids already they're fine, not sure how the hell you get the computer to flash a code, i dont think it can. will endevour to check fuses.....

ok, no the car has never been in an accidednt and no mechanics can find any serious damage. the car has about 30 k on the clock , but being an import??? but the car is in good nick. the lights are now coming on after the car has been driven and if its then left running and stationary, like at the traffic lights or something. the lights stay on until the car is switched off and started again. so you have seen this before then Lal??? what did people do to fix it???

Hey fellas, having a problem with a r33 96 v spec gtr, two workshops have looked into this and given up, problems is or was at first that whenever we broke traction like even just a little bit on a gravel driveway or in the wet the 4wd and a-lsd lights would come on???? the car seemed to be fine still in 4wd mode and all??? to complicate things furtrher now the lights dont come on when we brake traction so we have difficulty showing anyone, they now generally come on after the car has been driven reasonably and then after its left running for a minute sitting still!!!!! they dont go off again until the car is turned off and re started!!!! ****IN givin me the shits!!! we are running a microtech ecu.....
